Honestly one of the best group menus I've ever had. The food was very good for such a large restaurant, & the service was excellent. Again, large group, but the meals came out at basically the same time. A bit loud, but that was to be expected.

Excellent experience at Zibo Laval. The food is delicious, the drinks are tasty, & the service is attentive from start to finish. Special mention to the director, Arnaud : his leadership & vision have clearly transformed the establishment. This is reflected both in the overall atmosphere & in the staff's attitude & quality of service. A place where you feel welcome & genuinely want to return. Looking forward to coming back soon.

L'endroit est magnifique. L'accueil est parfait & on se sent le bienvenue immédiatement! La nourriture & les cocktails sont vraiment excellent! Les membres de l'équipe sont tous souriants & professionnels! Chaque personne connaît ses produits & ça donne le goût de revenir assurément!

Restaurant ZIBO! in Laval presents itself as a reservation-friendly Centropolis spot with pizzas, pasta, grilled dishes, & steak, which lines up well with the experience you described. ?
Atmosphere
Very nice place. Modern, well illuminated, welcoming, & clearly well kept. The whole space felt clean, including the washrooms, & I appreciated the different seating options available.
Service
Friendly service throughout the visit. The atmosphere felt polished without being cold, which made the experience easy to enjoy.
Food
The food was genuinely delicious. The pizza was very good, with quality ingredients, very good sauce, & a strong dough underneath. The undercarriage was solid, & while I personally would have enjoyed a slightly crunchier finish, it was still a very satisfying pizza overall. My only suggestion would be a little more generosity with the protein, probably around 25% more, to make an already good pizza even better.
Final thoughts
If you are looking for modern Italian-style cuisine, good pizza, & a clean, attractive place to sit down & enjoy a meal, this is a strong option in Laval. A reservation will probably help.

Expérience globalement correcte au restaurant Zibo à Laval. Le service était très bon & le personnel aimable. La nourriture était savoureuse, mais les portions sont vraiment trop petites pour le prix, ce qui est décevant.

Très nice service de notre serveur Alexandra durant la soirée des Habs hier. Malgré la défaite, on a pu profiter de l'ambiance & de la bonne nourriture du Zibo!

Tout était parfait! Le staff au complet était adorable & serviable. Notre serveur (Eric ou quelque chose comme ça!) était super patient avec nous & attentionné. Je recommande les pâtes aux homards & les calmars frits!!
Wow, a pretty disappointed experience at this restaurant. A rare time where I wish we can give half stars ( I would give 2 1/2)
Me & my family were here for my uncle's 70th birthday. (my dad's cousin)
The staff here was were friendly & all that. But the food experience here was lackluster. I know the cost of food has gone up & remaining restaurants have to justify raising cost, but certain items are a little over exaggerated.
Me & my mom shared their calamari. The calamari was OK but the tomato marinara sauce was not good at all, it tasted fruity, not tomatoei.
Both me & my dad had their burger & fries. & wow, a very disappointed burger I would say. It had no unique taste to make it own. To me, it tastes exactly exactly the same as the burger I had at Boston Pizza not that long ago.
Other people had various other things & some liked it & some others said it was OK.
Sadly, to say, I won't be coming back here. Sorry.

Tout était super… toutefois, c'est cher pour ce que c'est. Nous étions deux. Un dîner d'affaires. Rien d'extravagant & je suis sortie avec une facture de 144$ pourboire & taxes incluses… pour dîner. Désolé. Ça ne fait aucun sens.

Ambiance très chaleureuse pour la saint-Valentin & notre serveuse était très gentille & au taquet. Par contre, j'ai eu une intoxication alimentaire après avoir mangé les raviolis au boeuf braisé & sauce fromage bleue ainsi qu'un tiramisu à la pistache. Très décu d'avoir payé plus de 160$ pour un repas & finir malade pour la soirée de la Saint-Valentin & pour les 2 prochains jours…
