Wow, a pretty disappointed experience at this restaurant. A rare time where I wish we can give half stars ( I would give 2 1/2)
Me & my family were here for my uncle's 70th birthday. (my dad's cousin)
The staff here was were friendly & all that. But the food experience here was lackluster. I know the cost of food has gone up & remaining restaurants have to justify raising cost, but certain items are a little over exaggerated.
Me & my mom shared their calamari. The calamari was OK but the tomato marinara sauce was not good at all, it tasted fruity, not tomatoei.
Both me & my dad had their burger & fries. & wow, a very disappointed burger I would say. It had no unique taste to make it own. To me, it tastes exactly exactly the same as the burger I had at Boston Pizza not that long ago.
Other people had various other things & some liked it & some others said it was OK.
Sadly, to say, I won't be coming back here. Sorry.

Gave this place a try for lunch yesterday. I don't know who is in the kitchen on a Sunday afternoon but my burger was not even warm, compared to the fries that had just come out of the fryer, my burger was stiff like it had been reheated just like the bacon was, the salad in the burger was not fresh & soggy from soaking in fat. The Santa Fe is a bland burger with hot fries. The 2 stars I leave here is for the service & atmosphere cause the food is mediocre for the price. For a $25 burger, Please make an effort! I wouldn't bother giving this place another try.
J'ai adoré mon expérience chez Zibo! Le service était rapide & courtois, & l'ambiance moderne & animée était parfaite pour notre soirée. Les plats étaient délicieux, je recommande fortement leurs salades & burgers.
Zibo! Laval offre une expérience culinaire satisfaisante, malgré quelques éléments qui pourraient être améliorés. Le service, assuré par Justin, a été l'un des points forts de la soirée. Accueillant, souriant, & à la fois professionnel & rigolo, il a grandement contribué à rendre l'expérience agréable.
Pour commencer, la poutine poulet ancho fumé & chorizo, bien que savoureuse, n'a pas justifié son prix de 18$. Le goût était correct, mais la quantité de viande était insuffisante, ce qui a un peu déséquilibré le rapport qualité-prix. J'aurais apprécié une portion de viande un peu plus généreuse pour que la poutine soit plus consistante.
En revanche, le burger boeuf Santa Fe, qui suivait, a été un véritable délice. La viande était juteuse, parfaitement cuite, & accompagnée de garnitures agréables qui se mariaient harmonieusement avec le reste du burger. Les frites, bien assaisonnées, étaient généralement très bonnes, même si quelques morceaux étaient légèrement mous. La mayo épicée qui les accompagnait a été une excellente addition, apportant juste ce qu'il fallait de piquant.
L'ambiance du restaurant était agréable, renforcée par la diffusion de la joute des Canadiens à la télévision, créant une atmosphère décontractée. Bien que les prix soient un peu élevés, la qualité de la nourriture & l'attention portée par le personnel compensent largement. Le service était rapide, avec des verres d'eau remplis fréquemment, ce qui a ajouté à l'efficacité du repas.
En somme, Zibo! Laval est une adresse à considérer pour un bon repas, avec un service de qualité & des plats savoureux, même si le rapport qualité/prix pourrait être ajusté. Une expérience globalement plaisante, avec quelques petites améliorations possibles.
Food is good, but portions are minuscule! I thought we ordered off of the kids menu by mistake. It used to be much better over 10 years ago. If you want to be safe portion wise, order the pizza. Burgers were tiny; not worth the price. Poor waitress, we politely asked her for water 4 times during service & she finally brought them towards the end after nearly 2 hours in. Not sure why as the place was less than half full.
We were an office group for a seating on a Wesnesday at noon. I ordered the Onion soup as appetizer. It was lukewarm, at best, & fairly brand tasting. For entree I had the beef burger with cheese & bacon. That was hot & tasty, quite delicious, but the side order of fries was disappointing. About 30% were stringy Julienne type, with the rest of the basket remains of the longer fries, just inch long ends & such. Overall, not impressed.
En general c'est un mixe entre restaurant & bar, j'aime ce concept, l'ambiance est belle & les serveurs sont gentils La bouffe est bonne , par contre le burger peux etre un peu mieux les prix raisonnables Je recommande
