Atmosphere
Very nice place. Modern, well illuminated, welcoming, & clearly well kept. The whole space felt clean, including the washrooms, & I appreciated the different seating options available.
Service
Friendly service throughout the visit. The atmosphere felt polished without being cold, which made the experience easy to enjoy.
Food
The food was genuinely delicious. The pizza was very good, with quality ingredients, very good sauce, & a strong dough underneath. The undercarriage was solid, & while I personally would have enjoyed a slightly crunchier finish, it was still a very satisfying pizza overall. My only suggestion would be a little more generosity with the protein, probably around 25% more, to make an already good pizza even better.
Final thoughts
If you are looking for modern Italian-style cuisine, good pizza, & a clean, attractive place to sit down & enjoy a meal, this is a strong option in Laval. A reservation will probably help.

Wow, a pretty disappointed experience at this restaurant. A rare time where I wish we can give half stars ( I would give 2 1/2)
Me & my family were here for my uncle's 70th birthday. (my dad's cousin)
The staff here was were friendly & all that. But the food experience here was lackluster. I know the cost of food has gone up & remaining restaurants have to justify raising cost, but certain items are a little over exaggerated.
Me & my mom shared their calamari. The calamari was OK but the tomato marinara sauce was not good at all, it tasted fruity, not tomatoei.
Both me & my dad had their burger & fries. & wow, a very disappointed burger I would say. It had no unique taste to make it own. To me, it tastes exactly exactly the same as the burger I had at Boston Pizza not that long ago.
Other people had various other things & some liked it & some others said it was OK.
Sadly, to say, I won't be coming back here. Sorry.
This was our second visit & won't be coming back. Over-priced & underwhelming food. Fried calamari appetizer (the pre-packed frozen kind) were anything but fresh, dry & tasteless. Not very generous with the pizza toppings. I guess that's to be expected from a chain. We did appreciate the service by Gabriel.
Je suis ici assis au bar, servi par Marie Pier. Superbe service Marie Pier est une perle pour le restaurant, je suis très content d'être venus ici ce soir. J'ai pris la pizza champignons sauvages avec extra poulet, verre de vin rouge, 2 shooter de Jameson & 2 shooter de Macallan. Je suis bien rempli & heureux. Merci à Marie Pier pour son superbe service.
Had a great time at ZIBO! I ordered the Old Town pizza, & it was super tasty-I even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Others at my table got dishes like salmon salads, & they seemed to really enjoy them. Everything felt fresh & flavorful. A solid spot for a nice meal! We had a pretty BIG group for a baptism & service was still fast & all wait staff was super kind.
Definitely good for families, bigger parties, or even one on one date night.
Pour 19$ environ j'ai eu droit à un Mac n cheese sans saveur. Par contre mon ami avait une pizza aux crevettes qui avait l'air très bonne, même si je n'aime pas celles-ci.
Côté service au table, il était impeccable, dommage que je ne me rappelle plus du nom de notre serveur, car je lui aurais donné une mention spéciale... 😉

Food is good, but portions are minuscule! I thought we ordered off of the kids menu by mistake. It used to be much better over 10 years ago. If you want to be safe portion wise, order the pizza. Burgers were tiny; not worth the price. Poor waitress, we politely asked her for water 4 times during service & she finally brought them towards the end after nearly 2 hours in. Not sure why as the place was less than half full.
Service très lent, une journée a 40 degrés & le serveur est jamais passé remplir nos verre d'eau qui en passant était sales Hamburger manquait les condiments dedans également la sandwich au steak Pizza au four ultra molle & très salé Carpaccio de boeuf chaud & couleur douteuse Pour le prix ca vaut pas la peine tres ordinaire
Une mauvaise experience qui a commencé par une bière plate & sans goût. La femme d'accueil n'était pas du tout accueillante & elle a changé son comportement par une demande de nous donner une table à un autre endroit plus calme même qu'on était pas encore assis. Le serveur a changé nos bières qui on été carrément plates & la deuxième bière a été un peu mieux. Le service n'était pas agréable puisqu'il manquait les ustensiles (un seul couteau pour deux & aucune fourchette), les napkins etc. mais notre serveur était gentil en total. La pizza qu'on a commandé était Ok mais rien de spécial (pizza végétarienne avec pesto). Je m'attendais une croûte plus fraîche & du style italien mais franchement en total c'était pas pire. En conclusion, je reviendrai pas à ce resto & je le suggère pas aux autres.

La nourriture est excellente tout comme les breuvages. J'ai pris la pizza au poulet BBQ, les dumplings & le margarita épicé & c'était excellent & les portions étaient consistantes. Notre serveur était efficace & attentionné. À l'intérieur, c'était un peu bruyant.
Nous avons apprecie le bon service ainsi que la qualite de la nourriture. Un point qui serait a ameliorer est le menu sans-gluten. Ma conjointe est coeliaque & ils est tres difficile de trouver des restaurants qui offre cette cuisine. Cela dit votre menu pourrait benificier de plus varietes tels que pates/pizzas sans gluten.
Waiter was fantastic! Will come back because of great service & ambience. Pizza was not crispy & not hot. Fries were wilted & chicken sandwich was too smooshy.
The brie was amazing though.
Nous étions assis sur la terrasse en soirée. Bonne ambiance. Très bon service. Réchauffe terrasse très apprécié. Pizza bacon pancetta & oignons caramélisés très moyenne. Croûte un peu détrempée & ça ressemblait à une pizza surgelée. Rapport qualité-prix décevant pour cette raison.
Nous avons trouvé la musique trop forte dans le resto.
Aussi, la croûte de la pizza était assez raide.
Il manquait de papier de toilette dans la toilette des femmes.
Le service était très bien. Sympa, courtois & charmant. La pizza très bien. Sauf votre salade César: pour 17$ elle ne valait pas la moitié. Nous recevons sur notre table une assiette de salade avec très peu de sauce & du bacon en tranche. Cela ne goûtait rien. Alors j'ai émietté moi-même le bacon & demander de la sauce & des tranches de citron pour transformer cette mauvaise salade en une bonne salade. Franchement, je suis en cuisine moi-même & j'ai été très déçu en plus j'ai payé cher pour ça.
Went for lunch today ; the food at Zibo is good but small portions.
My lobster ravioli with crabmeat & mushroom sauce was a little too salty in my opinion.
