The overall experience started off well. We received our drinks & appetizers without any issues, but things unfortunately went downhill when my Ahi tuna arrived.
The tuna had a brownish color rather than the usual pink appearance, which immediately concerned me. I mentioned this to the waitress, & the manager came over & essentially told me that even if she made me another plate, it would be the same color. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable eating it & decided to order the Bavette medium rare instead. I simply didn't want to risk getting sick.
The biggest issue, however, was the timing. By the time my Bavette arrived, everyone else at the table had already received & finished their meals. While everyone's plates were being cleared, I was only just starting to eat mine. When I mentioned the delay to the manager, she explained that the reason it was taking so long was because'it takes time to cook meat.' I then had to ask, how long does it really take to cook a medium-rare Bavette?
I explained that it didn't feel right to be eating my meal while everyone else had already finished & was waiting. The manager did say she would not charge me for the Ahi tuna, which I appreciated & obviously shouldn't be charged for that, but then offered coffee & dessert as compensation. At that point, I honestly felt so turned off by the entire experience that coffee & dessert were the last things I wanted. I also didn't want to keep everyone at the table waiting, so I asked to have my meal packed to go. Nobody wanted to stay for dessert at that point either.
For me, it was really about principle, empathy, & consideration. Mistakes happen, but the way a situation is handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, I've experienced better customer service, empathy, & consideration at a McDonald's.
The evening started off well, but the way the situation was handled completely changed our experience & left a very disappointing impression.
Le service est excellent. L'entrée, le repas, le dessert, tous sont trop bon. Je vais retourner, c'est sûr! C'est à votre tour de le visiter, vous ne regretterez pas 👍🏽
Endroit agréable, super service merci Alex, nous étions 25 , alors normal que le service soit un peu au ralenti. Mais nourriture excellente. Juste un peu deçu que ça été trop long avant qu'on nous offre le dessert donc personne n'en a pris...
I had a very pleasant birthday lunch at ZIBO Centropolis with a friend. We were served by Gabryel, who was attentive, kind, & professional throughout our visit. As a lovely birthday surprise, he brought me a delicious complimentary dessert, which was greatly appreciated.
It had been quite some time since my last visit to ZIBO, & I was pleasantly surprised by the menu. There were several new dishes I had never tried before, & even the dessert was something new to me. Everything was excellent, & I truly enjoyed the experience.
I will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful lunch & excellent service!

Petit bémol , la serveuse n'arrêtait pas de dire « ma chère » pour tout : excellent choix ma chère, tout est à votre goût ma chère ?, voudriez vous la carte des dessert ma chère ? … ça m'a agacée un peu ( ça doit être tendance je suppose) mais elle était bien gentille & on a eu un bon service !
La nourriture excellente
Nous avons dû quitter sans avoir eu la chance de prendre un dessert , car il ne restait que 10 minutes avant la fin de notre réservation de 2hrs . la gérante voulait que l'on respecte SA loi malgré le fait que personnes n'attendait pour avoir notre table & que le restaurant n'était même pas à pleine capacité. Nous ne retournerons jamais à cette endroit & ne le recommandons pas 👎 plus , nous étions 4 personnes.
Mauvaise première après avoir réservé deux jours à l'avance pour 9 personnes pour mon anniversaire & celui de femme , nous avons reçu notre confirmation par texto , arrivé sur place ils n'avait pas notre réservation , nous avons attendu 45 min pour avoir une table , même pas un dessert ou un verre offert , vraiment dommage !!
