Nos steaks étaient un peu trop cuits (ils étaient plus bien cuits que médiums), mais ils étaient très bons tout de même. Serveur très attentionné. Ambiance agréable malgré la musique un peu forte. Nous y retournerons probablement.

Le personnel est orienté: Satisfaction & Services à la clientèle. Bien comprendre nos besoins, nous faire des suggestions appropriées pour agrémenter notre expérience culinaire, ne met aucune pression soit pour commander rapidement, soit pour manger rapidement. Courtoisie omniprésente & un entregent agréable avec nous. Nous avons choisi une Bavette de boeuf & un Tartare de saumon: excellente qualité & quantité suffisante. La serveuse est venue vérifier occasionnellement si tout se passait bien pour nous.

C'est ma 2ième visite. J'ai la maladie coeliaque donc un régime sans gluten à vie. Le restaurant a un menu séparé sans gluten. Le choix est extraordinaire : De l'entrée jusqu'au dessert! La serveuse a pris au sérieux ma maladie & a informé la cuisine aussi. Toute l'équipe a pris les précautions nécessaires pour éviter toute contamination. Zibo Laval a gagné une cliente & oui, je vais inviter le reste des membres de ma familles & amis coeliaques. Je le recommande. Simplement avisé votre serveur (euse) de l'importance & celui-ci va assurer que les précautions sont appliquées. Merci
