Je suis allé manger ai bar vendredi soir 8 mars journée de la femme.. je suis assise au bar avec une amie.. une jeune serveuse, est venue nous voir après un certain temps. Je dirais après lui avoir fait un signe de la main plusieurs fois... aucun air.. nous avons pris une bouteille de vin, & 3 entrées à deux. Plus j'avais pris un verre juste avant.. à chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, elle nous regardait jamais, elle ne venait pas nous voir, nous devions lui faire des "Allooo nous sommes là!".. elle finissait par arriver & avec aucun sourire.. un air bête totale.. a la fin pour payer... avec mon honnêteté, je lui ai demandé si elle m'avait chargé mon verre du début.. elle m'a regardé avec un air bête & dit:: ohh non , elle m'a arraché la facture & parti rectifié... du coup j'ai regretté mon honnêteté.. 🤔 bref, ma facture était de 86$ avant tip & mon amie 60$ avant tip.. Nous n'avons pas laissé le 15% un peu moins car nous n'avons pas bien digéré son manque de bienveillance envers nous.. j'étais allé le mercredi d'avant & la fille qui était là avait donné un bien meilleur service.. désolé, je n'ai pas problème à payer, mais quand le service est hors pair!. On sentait que la fille avait pas le goût d'être là.. c'est désolant car au prix c'est rendu les restos, on s'attendait à de meilleures sourires, des gens qui ont envie d'être là, de voir la clientèle.. j'ai juste mal digérer mon 86$.
Mentionned ahead of time that I was vegan & they were really ready for my arrival ! Even tho they don't really know the difference between vegan & vegetarian (she gave me a menu with cheese & fish saying I'd find something there ?!) another waitress took the time to tell me the ingredients list for all mains I was interested in. Ended up having the fettuccine on the regular menu but no feta cheese & it was amazing !!!! I was more than satisfied. Even tho there's not a lot of vegan options, I'd gladly go back with colleagues to eat that meal again:)
Une attente interminable résume bien le repas d'hier. Plus de 3 heures à table malgré nous, à regarder l'impatience des clients autour. Certains quittaient après 20-30 minutes assis sans aucune interaction.
