Had my birthday dinner with friends here last night & it was truly great. Love the restaurant ambiance, the food was delicious. Excellent customer service. The location is one of my favourite places.
Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens à ce restaurant zibo laval ,en général je peux dire le service est bon mais ce soir un service exceptionnel par gabriel très attentionné poli & sympathique donc je lui accorde 5 étoiles & merci encore gabriel je t'ai mentionné que tu as un bon service & je vais te donner 5 étoiles 😉voilà tu mérites .

Leur standard a pris une chute!!!Déçu j'ai pris un hamburger au poulet & se n'était pas une poitrine de poulet mais du poulet reconstituée il était même pas grillé il avait l'air d'être bouillie
Si je veux manger ça j'irai chez Mcdonald….qui me coutera la moitié du prix!!
La serveuse très souriante & empathique (thank god !) car C'était long pour notre 2ieme commande(Pizza)...la cuisine était au ralenti & j'ai commandé 2 drink qui était pas du tout bon au goût ( Margarita au litchi sans litchi & un Mojito sans sucre) nôtre compensation la pizza gratuite !

The overall experience started off well. We received our drinks & appetizers without any issues, but things unfortunately went downhill when my Ahi tuna arrived.
The tuna had a brownish color rather than the usual pink appearance, which immediately concerned me. I mentioned this to the waitress, & the manager came over & essentially told me that even if she made me another plate, it would be the same color. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable eating it & decided to order the Bavette medium rare instead. I simply didn't want to risk getting sick.
The biggest issue, however, was the timing. By the time my Bavette arrived, everyone else at the table had already received & finished their meals. While everyone's plates were being cleared, I was only just starting to eat mine. When I mentioned the delay to the manager, she explained that the reason it was taking so long was because'it takes time to cook meat.' I then had to ask, how long does it really take to cook a medium-rare Bavette?
I explained that it didn't feel right to be eating my meal while everyone else had already finished & was waiting. The manager did say she would not charge me for the Ahi tuna, which I appreciated & obviously shouldn't be charged for that, but then offered coffee & dessert as compensation. At that point, I honestly felt so turned off by the entire experience that coffee & dessert were the last things I wanted. I also didn't want to keep everyone at the table waiting, so I asked to have my meal packed to go. Nobody wanted to stay for dessert at that point either.
For me, it was really about principle, empathy, & consideration. Mistakes happen, but the way a situation is handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, I've experienced better customer service, empathy, & consideration at a McDonald's.
The evening started off well, but the way the situation was handled completely changed our experience & left a very disappointing impression.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, & the staff were friendly & helpful throughout our visit.
I had the steak sandwich & it was excellent, very tasty & cooked well. We also tried the Venice veggie burger, & that was really good too.
Overall, great food, good service, & a nice place to enjoy a meal.
We were visiting friends in Laval & stopped here for lunch. We sat on the terrace & had a great experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, the calamari was perfectly cooked, crispy without being oily, & the salads were fresh & delicious. Everything was enjoyable, & we'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area.
Nous avons adoré notre repas. Cependant, le service était un peu lent. Notre serveur a pris beaucoup de temps avant de venir nous voir & n'a pas effectué de suivi pour s'assurer que tout allait bien avec nos plats ou pour vérifier si nous souhaitions autre chose à boire. Sinon, belle soirée!
