Très nice service de notre serveur Alexandra durant la soirée des Habs hier. Malgré la défaite, on a pu profiter de l'ambiance & de la bonne nourriture du Zibo!
Tout était parfait! Le staff au complet était adorable & serviable. Notre serveur (Eric ou quelque chose comme ça!) était super patient avec nous & attentionné. Je recommande les pâtes aux homards & les calmars frits!!
Wow, a pretty disappointed experience at this restaurant. A rare time where I wish we can give half stars ( I would give 2 1/2)
Me & my family were here for my uncle's 70th birthday. (my dad's cousin)
The staff here was were friendly & all that. But the food experience here was lackluster. I know the cost of food has gone up & remaining restaurants have to justify raising cost, but certain items are a little over exaggerated.
Me & my mom shared their calamari. The calamari was OK but the tomato marinara sauce was not good at all, it tasted fruity, not tomatoei.
Both me & my dad had their burger & fries. & wow, a very disappointed burger I would say. It had no unique taste to make it own. To me, it tastes exactly exactly the same as the burger I had at Boston Pizza not that long ago.
Other people had various other things & some liked it & some others said it was OK.
Sadly, to say, I won't be coming back here. Sorry.
La première fois chez vous, mais pas la dernière. On a adoré l'ambiance de ce lundi soir. Bonne nouriture ( qualité-priix)..Service au bar excellent , Luca à une belle énergie,le service impeccable, respectueux . On va reveni

Tout était super… toutefois, c'est cher pour ce que c'est. Nous étions deux. Un dîner d'affaires. Rien d'extravagant & je suis sortie avec une facture de 144$ pourboire & taxes incluses… pour dîner. Désolé. Ça ne fait aucun sens.

Ambiance très chaleureuse pour la saint-Valentin & notre serveuse était très gentille & au taquet. Par contre, j'ai eu une intoxication alimentaire après avoir mangé les raviolis au boeuf braisé & sauce fromage bleue ainsi qu'un tiramisu à la pistache. Très décu d'avoir payé plus de 160$ pour un repas & finir malade pour la soirée de la Saint-Valentin & pour les 2 prochains jours…
J'ai adoré l'ambiance & serveur très gentil par contre mon plat ; gnocchetti sauce bolognaise de poulets & saucisses n'était pas à la hauteur pour le prix 22$. Je m'explique il n'y avait aucune trace de poulets & de saucisses dans ce plat! Une simple sauce bolognaise & pour 6,50$ de plus une trace de fromage gratinée ! Très déçue ! J'ai peut-être fait un mauvais choix dans leur menu ???
Horrible service. The staff clearly needs retraining. Throughout our entire dinner, a group of about six employees were gathered at the bar being overly touchy & inappropriate with each other in full view of customers, which was extremely uncomfortable & disgusting to witness.
These same staff members were standing around talking & doing nothing, which resulted in us waiting nearly 40 minutes just for someone to take our order. We had a reservation for 7:00 pm & arrived at 6:55 pm, yet multiple tables that were seated after us had their orders taken & were served before we were. Another couple that had been waiting as well just walked out, should have done the same!
Completely unprofessional & unacceptable experience. That said, I do not blame our server-he was great & did his best despite the situation.
Great atmosphere! The restaurant us nestled in the heart of Laval. We started with cocktails. There's some great variety of them. Mine was the blue one. Light & refreshing. The dumplings are fantastic. I had the chicken stir fry. The service was fantastic friendly & courteous. Highly recommend anyone to go.

Un gros merci à toute l'équipe ce soir, très bien servi. Un énorme merci à notre serveur principal Zachary Paquet. Poli, souriant & super sympathique. Ayant oeuvré dans le service toute ma vie, pour moi très important d'apprécié ou critiqué, alors bravo! Ce n'est pas ma première fois au Zibo Boisbriand & à chaque fois le service est impeccable. Je vous félicite ainsi qu'à tous les services de votre restaurant!
