With a passion for restaurants and more than 30 years of experience in the food industry, Papa Elie and his son Ziad were able to create a unique family business: ZEEZ.
Ziad began his career at hospitality school and pursued a specialization in culinary arts at the Paul Bocuse Institute in France to later work in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants. Ziad is the creator of the ZEEZ menu and is responsible for quality assurance. Filled with energy and passion, you will always see him dedicated to providing the best customer service.
Papa Elie is a master of management and organization with an entrepreneurial career spanning more than 40 years. A pillar of the company, he always ensures that everything is in order and that the shift runs smoothly. In fact, you'll probably see him working on his computer at a ZEEZ table.
ZEEZ's mission is to create moments of pleasure through delicious burgers. Elie and Ziad's goal is not only to offer quality burgers using fresh, homemade ingredients, but also to make them accessible to Montrealers by offering affordable prices. 🧡

Great people great food great service come here, please! 10/10 recommend. The sauces are out of this world. Free popcorn too! Staff was so kind & generous. Food was so filling could barely finish my plate. Insanely affordable as well. If you want a good burger go to Zeez.

I have tried zeez for a few times now & everytime I went I was impressed with how the staff is welcoming & kind, great customer service! They even give out popcorn while you wait for your burgers! I recommand the mushroom melt & the zeez potatoes! Real smash burgers that are cruspy & juicy at the same time! Perfection.View more

You cannot do better. Period. Excellent food, fast service & best prices. Portions are generous & it stays open late at night which makes it a perfect destination. We ordered two burgers (chili with vegetarian patty & classic), & a "zeez" smashed potatoes which is a specialty of the house. Honestly I never seen such a special & tasty item before in Montreal. The place is also run by amazing & welcoming people. Highly recommended.View more

I firstly want to say, I love how late this restaurant is opened. The staff was great & the service was quick for how busy it was! That being said, I have definitely had better burgers. The burger itself was good, but the grease that was emanating from this thing was out of this world. The potatoes were a solid 5 though. I would definitely come back if I was craving some greasy food hella late, but it would not be my first choice for a smash burger.View more

ZEEZ. More like Zee best smashed burgers in all of Montreal. Burgers so good I could commit a crime just get a bite. Not that I would, it's just to highlight the addictive treat. Can never pass on their smashed meat. The sauces are outstanding, they will make you get up from your seat.
