With a passion for restaurants and more than 30 years of experience in the food industry, Papa Elie and his son Ziad were able to create a unique family business: ZEEZ.
Ziad began his career at hospitality school and pursued a specialization in culinary arts at the Paul Bocuse Institute in France to later work in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants. Ziad is the creator of the ZEEZ menu and is responsible for quality assurance. Filled with energy and passion, you will always see him dedicated to providing the best customer service.
Papa Elie is a master of management and organization with an entrepreneurial career spanning more than 40 years. A pillar of the company, he always ensures that everything is in order and that the shift runs smoothly. In fact, you'll probably see him working on his computer at a ZEEZ table.

We had the Classic double beef , the chili crisp & BBQ beef burger & a smash potato . Highlight was defenetly the chili crisp & the potatos. I can't explain how crispy & yet super juicy the meat is , it's like no other smash burger out there . Absolutly delicious. & the smash potato fries was an awesome new way to have''fries'' , we loved it. I absolutly recommend. If you try the BBQ burger, I suggest you go with the crispy chicken instead of beef.. just a recommendation here ! I wouldn't classify this burger as a smash burger as it was quite big & missing the crispy edges around a thin beef patty. HOWEVER, it was a fantastic burger. I especially liked that it was not so greasy & had a perfect amount of sauce. The bun was soft & buttery. We also tried the zeez smash potatoes. Loaded with topics. Again, fantastic! Small casse-croûte with a few seats. Can get quite crowded but great for a quick bite.View more

So much flavour, great crust on the edge of the smash burger. Pretty simple nothing fancy but those who know simple done perfect ... know! Fresh beef, good fries some great sauces... need to fix that door for the winteView more

La cuisine il le font super bien & c'est propre je les voit souvent nettoyer leur instruments de cuisine & les plaques ou qu'il font cuire leur boeuf la viande etc... le service est impeccable & tout ceux qu'il travaille la sont super sympathique surtout la réceptionniste l'ambiance est fun il y a souvent de la musique le temps de recevoir notre commande alors je recommande tout à fait ce restaurant & tout est super bon n'ayez pas peur de prendre quelle que chose sur le menu tout est bon !!!
