Hier, nous avons fêté l'anniversaire de mon mari dans ce restaurant japonais, & l'expérience a été exceptionnelle! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Brian & toute l'équipe, tous souriants & de bonne humeur. L'ambiance était magnifique, & Brian a pris soin de nous tout au long de la soirée. Il nous a guidés dans le menu, & nous avons pu explorer plusieurs sortes de makis ainsi que le poulet karaage, un vrai délice! Le dessert au chocolat en forme de sphère était aussi une belle découverte. La qualité des ingrédients, la présentation sublime, & les saveurs parfaitement équilibrées ont fait de ce moment une vraie réussite. Nous sommes ravis de notre expérience & avons hâte de revenir pour goûter d'autres spécialités. Merci pour cette belle soirée!

J'ai récemment célébré l'anniversaire de ma fille au restaurant Yubari à Montréal, attiré par les excellents commentaires sur la qualité de leurs sushis. Effectivement, les ingrédients étaient frais & le goût exceptionnel. Cependant, malgré le prix élevé, j'ai été déçu par le manque d'empatie du personnel. J'avais mentionné au serveur que c'était l'anniversaire de ma fille, mais personne n'a pris la peine de nous offrir un petit geste, comme un dessert gratuit ou un simple « Joyeux anniversaire ». Cela m'a laissé une impression de froideur & de manque de considération pour les clients. Malheureusement, cette expérience m'a fait changer d'avis sur ce restaurant. Bien que j'aie recommandé Yubari à mes clients dans le passé en raison de sa qualité culinaire, je ne pourrai plus le faire avec conviction en raison de ce manque d'empatie. Service was fantastic (we were seated by the door, some folks in the party were cold & the hostess closed the main doors to accommodate us) & they gave complementary drinks at some point.. food was amazing, best I've had in this genre in Montreal, particularly the wagyu nigiri. Our server Felix was amazing & made our experience.

Had a wonderful birthday here. The fish was fresh & buttery, the gyoza were flavourful & the crispy tuna was savoury albeit a bit too crispy for me. Cocktails were balanced & delicious, & the service was attentive & kind. Also the desserts were surprising & original. Would recommend coming for a special occasion!
Yuzu martini was great. Food was so delicious. Friendly staff & cool atmosphere. Service was a tad slow & the second round of dishes came out after a good delay, but it was pretty busy when we were there. Definitely worth checking out!

First time dine at Yubari. In the beginning the service was a little bit slow, we were waiting around 10 minutes to get water then our server came. The food was amazing, for stater we ordered spicy & truffle edamame ( you have to try the truffle edamame) & miso soup, delicious. For entree we had makis : fuubutsushi (salmon), kanbina (tuna) & furusato (wagyu, this one is must try) & sashimi chef choice premium, our server's suggestion & he was right it was amazing. After order, the service was moving well, our foods came in partial, it gives us sometimes to really enjoy each dish. I would definitely recommend this restaurant & come back again.
this was the best sushi i have EVER had in my entire life. i know my fiancé agrees as well😋 it was absolutely delicious. our waitress was such an absolute sweetheart! we had the best time! we live in wisconsin & honestly it might be worth the plane ride over for more sushi
