Not great... Got a brown sugar Oolong latte. Ice was all melted, tea was not cold, so tasted watered down. Wouldnt go back

Yi Fang on De Maisonneuve is easily one of the best bubble tea spots in downtown Montreal. The drinks taste incredibly fresh, & you can tell they use real ingredients instead of artificial powders especially in their fruit teas.

The mango sago & brown sugar pearl latte are standouts perfect balance of sweetness & texture, with chewy tapioca that's consistently well-made. The menu is also huge, so there's something for everyone whether you like milk teas, fruit teas, or something more unique.

The atmosphere is cozy & aesthetic, making it a nice spot to chill or grab a quick drink. Staff are generally friendly & efficient, even when it gets busy.

Overall, great quality, good value, & definitely a go-to place for bubble tea in Montreal. Highly recommend!

I've been here several times & the drinks are always yum from the fruit teas to the matcha brown sugar latte. We tried ther snacks which were good too. They also use high quality ingredients & are super friendly too.

Today we got an oolong latte with pearls. The latte itself was good but the pearls were really unprofessional considering the 9.5$ price. The bubbles were all stuck together so they don't come through your straw, & are all left over in a big bunch after you drink the tea. The bubbles themselves are too soft. I don't think this bubble quality would survive in Taiwan at all. Really not worth it, especially at these high prices. There is budget enough in 9.5$ to make better quality pearls
