One word: disaster. There was 1 employee, super overwhelmed, & it took around 30 minutes to make 4 very expensive drinks. All not what we ordered but we had to go so we took what he made & left. No offer to comp for the massive wait or provide any future discount or other offer. During that time, around 10-15 customers came & went as he advised them it would take 20 minutes to serve them. Really disappointing experience overall. We probably won't be back.

I wanted to order the pomelo slush & the pancake, but they were out of the pancakes &, i ordered a waffle pogo & i was told it would take 6 minutes, I sat there for 30 & the main guy working there just left & completely forgot about my order. they also gave me mango fruit tea instead of what I ordered & when I asked they didn't realize they got the wrong order, there were only 2-3 orders along with me so I don't know how they got them mixed up. I asked the other waiter, who told me he can't make me what I ordered because it's his first day, so I paid $22 for the wrong drink & nothing.
