There was only one person working while a long line of customers waited. My drink was made incredibly quickly, but it tasted like nothing more than sugar water. It felt like the focus was on serving as many people as possible rather than providing a quality product. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

This place has fallen off hard. Dirty establishment, AC broken, & expensive price tags on terrible tea. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea & they served me straight milk.

Paid $24 for two larges, no one should be served tea like this

J'y suis allée le mardi 28 juillet, vers 20h30. Il n'y avait qu'une seule employée & une très longue file d'attente. J'ai attendu environ 20 minutes avant d'être servie. Je comprends le temps d'attente mais l'employée donnait fortement l'impression de ne pas vouloir travailler 🥹

Quand est enfin venu mon tour, l'employée ne m'a même pas laissée terminer ma commande & m'a répondu de façon impolie. Comme j'étais pressée pour aller au cinéma, je n'ai pas insisté.

Le pire, c'est qu'en arrivant au cinéma, j'ai découvert qu'il n'y avait aucune perle dans mon bubble tea, alors que j'avais demandé & payé pour une double portion. J'ai donc payé près de 15 $ pour un simple thé glacé que je ne voulais même pas!

Très déçue par le service & par cette expérience. Je n'y retournerai jamais.
