Review Summary

Ye Olde Orchard Pub & Grill is widely regarded as a fantastic destination for locals and tourists alike, particularly those seeking a lively atmosphere near the Bell Centre. Many patrons praise the pub for its extensive selection of draught beers, hearty food such as burgers and signature wings, and a rustic, welcoming environment that feels like a classic neighborhood spot. While the establishment is frequently busy and can become quite loud during hockey games, the staff is consistently described as friendly, efficient, and attentive, often going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Although a few reviewers noted occasional service delays or inconsistent food quality, the majority of visitors highly recommend the venue for its great value, energetic vibe, and excellent service.

Went for a couple of world cup games. Food was great Irish pub food & good beer selection. First visit, guy behind bar/server was extremely friendly & fun to deal with. 2nd visit, woman behind bar did her job but not nearly enthusiastic as out first experience (otherwise would have been 5 star rating, not 4). Overall, great place, lots of TVs & some great memorabilia

Old pub feel lots of sports/ hockey items on walls. When we visited became very crowded quickly, hockey game was on. Loud atmosphere. Food was very good. Serves English style pub food, bangers & mash, Irish stew, poutine, burgers, fish & chips. Draft & bottle beer & hard liquor.
Edit: we had walked all over & were tired & hungry. After reflecting & a good sleep, this was a great spot. Food & service was good, draft beer was cold. We arrived around 4pm & were seated immediately. By the time we left about an hour & a half later there was a line out the door. Will definitely return next time we are in Montreal. Bangers & mash as well as poutine were delicious!

I WILL BE RETURNING TO THIS IRISH PUB EVERYTIME I'M IN QUEBEC.

THE SERVICE WAS QUICK & SUPER FRIENDLY. BARTENDER POURED THE GREATEST PINTS OF GUINNESS OUTSIDE OF IRELAND. HIS RECOMMENDATION FOR HOT WINGS WAS THE KICK-ASS. OUR GROUP WAS EXPECTING FRANKS RED MILD. THESE WERE ACTUALLY SPICY, FLAVOURFUL, & HOMEMADE🌶. BEST WINGS I HAVE EVER HAD!

AMANZING WORK BARTENDER, CHEF, & ESTABLISHMENT.

I popped in for lunch as I am staying at the Novotel across the road. I had the salmon fillet & it was beautifully cooked with a tasty sauce. Nice pint of cider too. This place has a good vibe, nicely decorated interior & seems to be an cut above other English/Irish style pubs in the area. Will definitely be back.

It's your standard fake Irish pub. The food is good & they pour a good pint of stout. Friendly service Edit: No shade intended, thanks for replying. Next time I'm in Ottowa I'll probably be back, cold & hungry.

Came here for our last night in Montreal. We had chicken curry & Irish stew with drinks. Both were delicious. Very flavorful & nice sized portions. Will definitely be back next time we are in the city.

Great little Irish pub, We were in Montreal, traveling through Canada. We love Irish pubs, & this one was right across the street from our hotel. We stopped in for a cold Irish beer & a bite to eat. Our bartenders, Vicenta, Brad, & Joey were great. The food was good, & the beer was cold. John & Nancy Fetter Harlem, GA USA
