Came here with Family on Friday July 24th. It was a busy vibrant night with lots of street traffic & we were simply looking for a nice place to eat that could accommodate us. This place did so with zero challenges. The bartender greeted us promptly & created an inviting atmosphere. The establishment was definitely catered toward Friday drinking crowds however, the music was there but not to the point where we couldn't talk nor hear each other. Our sever was stellar, kind, helpful & well versed on the menu. Not to mention the food, having a family member with a gluten sensitivity they were still able to enjoy a burger on a GF bun. The fish & chips were delicious & wonderfully flaky. The fries were okay, definitely a smaller portion & they could've been salted better but that's nitpicking. Our food was also ran by either a manager or back of house member who also delivered excellent customer service. It's rare to go somewhere on a whim, during a busy night in a crowded downtown, & still receive top notch service from three different personnel. Very happy with my experience & I will be coming back.
Vinny & Gage were fantastic guys! Great songs & made the atmosphere great. Came here on a trip with my buddies for a trip & we're looking for a bar to waste time, guys really made the night a good time & turned a night looking for something to do into a great time.
Went for a couple of world cup games. Food was great Irish pub food & good beer selection. First visit, guy behind bar/server was extremely friendly & fun to deal with. 2nd visit, woman behind bar did her job but not nearly enthusiastic as out first experience (otherwise would have been 5 star rating, not 4). Overall, great place, lots of TVs & some great memorabilia

We headed over to Ye Olde Orchard after our conference ended & found ourselves needing a relaxing break. The bar was near our hotel, incredibly convenient being just steps away! It turned into an evening well spent sitting at the bar where we drank beers all night with colleagues.
We had stellar service throughout; nothing felt rushed, but you never lost that nice energy of the place. I have to give a special shout-out to Mickey behind the bar; she was absolutely wonderful & kept our spirits high for hours. If you're looking for a great spot on de la Montagne with friendly staff & solid drinks, this is definitely it! Highly recommended for anyone stopping over in the area or finishing up work events nearby.
I visited Ye Olde Orchard while I was in town as a tourist to catch some F1 action, & this place became my go-to during my trip. It's located right on de la Montagne street, which makes it incredibly convenient if you're staying at one of the hotels nearby or hanging out downtown core area.
We ordered up some great burgers, everything came through without issue. As for drinks, this was a first-time experience with me as I tried Molson Export & honestly loved it immediately.
Ye Olde Orchard is excellent value & vibe all around. Highly recommend checking out their food & bar if you are in the area.

I've been coming here for hockey seasons forever-it's just our regular stop when we want to cheer (or groan) at home ice action. We are diehard fans & most people there are too, we were all bummed the Habs didn't make it to the Stanley Cup this year!
The draft beer selection here is good for the area, they keep taps stocked & fresh for all types of drinkers, but especially hockey fans who like a cold local brew or something classic. Plus, the staff do a great job; you really feel welcome there sometimes they even offer me shots! The music is varied enough to set the mood whatever your mood is.
Love this place & always try to come here when in Montreal. The bar team are fantastic & service is consistently excellent - both efficient & friendly. Good ambience inside, & in the warmer months you can enjoy the terrace! They have also just updated their menu & have some new vegetarian options. I tried the cheese flatbread & hallumi sandwich, both were excellent & very generous portion sizes!
