We go a bunch of guys from work, we get the same waitress because it's her section, we wait all the time, she makes mistakes on bills, happen twice, when asking for the bill, it's like a 10 min wait for that, also if your order chicken wings, & don't finish then they charge you full price to bring them home, that's there special on that day.
On a réservé une place & en arrivant on nous dit qu'ils ont juste de la place au bar. Quand on leur a dit qu'on aimerait une table vu qu'on a reservé la hôtesse était bête & nous a dit que c'est parce qu'on avait reservé trop tard... prenez juste pas notre réservation s'il n'a pas de place ou avise nous que notre place sera au bar. On y retournera pas.
C'est cool comme place, je n'y est été qu'une seule fois par contre.
Parfait pour écouter du sport entre amis, il y a bcp de télévision pour les amateurs. L'ambiance était cool & le service excellent, le barman qui nous servait etait fort gentil.
Les ailes étaient bonnes mais mon club burger etait ordinaire en maudit pour le prix...
J'y suis allé 3 fois avec une amie, première fois, super service avec un jeune homme super gentil, 2 autres fois, service lent, serveuse condescendante, air bête qui nous met vraiment mal à l'aise … !! Nous étions tellement insatisfaites de notre serveuse qu'à la fin de notre repas j'ai dû aller au bar demander à la gentille dame blonde si elle pouvait s'occuper de nous car ça faisait longtemps qu'on avait terminé & nous voulions quitter. Elle a été super gentille avec une super belle attitude. La prochaine fois qu'on y va, c'est certain qu'on demandera cette serveuse ! L'autre, plus JAMAIS.
I used to really like Willys. Last few times have been very underwhelming. Got some today & it will be my last time. Fries were undercooked & had zero crunch. I sent them back to get a little more curds. There were five tiny pieces of curds on the fries when i got the orde

My son & I were hungry for wings & nachos. We usually come to Willy's pub to get our cravings satisfied. Tonight we were greeted by Mellody. She was top notch, funny & professional. Thank you so much Mellody for an amazing dining experience & taking great care of us. You are the best!

Le service était un peu lent, je dois l'avouer. Il semblait n'avoir qu'une seule serveuse pour tout le monde, elle faisait ce qu'elle pouvait! Malgré ça, c'était quand même agréable. L'ambiance était bien, j'y retournerai!
