Bien vérifier que votre commande correspond à ce que vous avez commandé. Hier, je suis allée chercher une pizza toute garnie & je me suis rendue compte arrivée à la maison qu'elle n'avait pas de pepperoni.

Wrong order;
Why do we have to double check what is in the box? Their pizza is good however, who's responsible to get the right order in the right place? That needs improvement!

The credit solution is not enough/satisfying.

Mauvaise commande:
Pourquoi devrions-nous vérifier ce qui est à l'intérieur de la boite? Leur pizza est délicieuse par contre la personne responsable de s'assurer que ce soit la bonne commande ne l'est pas & cela nécessite de l'amélioration!
La solution « crédit » n'est pas assez & insatisfaisante!
