via LibroI brought a 50$ Gift Certificate with NO Expiry Date & i was told it was no Longer Valid. So someone paid 50$ which He took & now my certificate is not valid He offered me Grappa Shot or Dessert for free which i declined. This is Illegal Business

The service is always friendly. Anything on the menu is made to the customer's taste. All the cuisine is superb.
You can have a conversation without it being too loud & noisy.

via LibroThe food was delicious. My Mom & my kids had meat dishes ( rack of lamb & the filet mignon & all were cooked perfectly) I had a pasta dish & the gravy & pasta was amazing. My only complaint but it is a minor one is the minestrone soup could have had a pinch of salt over all I will come back for a repeat visit you have gained new customers

Excellent from our delightful funny waiter who made our evening fun. Appetizers were made perfect. Delicious salad, ravioli di ricotta, jumbo shrimp & sea bass was superb. Dessert was homemade ice cream & chocolate molten cake. All yummy

This is the 3rd time that the service was almost non-existent. For a simple lunch for 2 persons, the lunch experience took more than 2 1/2 hours. The waiter never brought my soup which I had paid for. He was able to give me excuses & nothing more. I asked him to go away.
Then a young waiter came to see me & asked me about the service. I told him the truth. He said that he was aware because my waiter had discussed this with everyone in the kitchen. Too bad the waiter never came to see me for the very long time that we sat there without any service. This is the 3rd time that I get sub-par service. Nobody seemed to care except for the young waiter. I don't appreciate the very low level of service. I don't see how I can go back after 3 big service failures.
