There was a miscommunication with the cashier & I got something different than what I ordered. They did eventually go above & beyond to make it right.

The chicken sub is very good, fresh ingredients, with good sauce. The poutine was good as well. Good portions for the price.

New owners have made everything smaller & more expensive! It was Over 50$ for a medium all dressed pizza, small fry, small onion ring.
It's crazy!
It used to be so delicious & filling. Now higher prices, smaller portions 😪 We decided after this we're ordering from pizza pizza from now on. Better value. So disappointing, loved going there for years & years.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews lately but I had a great experience. I showed up here a few weeks ago & ordered a pizza & poutine to go. The wait wasn't long. I liked the taste of the cheese used on the pizza in particular. We also found the price was worth it & cheaper than some other alternatives. We finished our food & knew that we would purchase from here again. No complaints at all.

Ordered a sub with pizza dough (paid extra) & in a trio, didn't get the fries nor did I get the pizza dough. They said they will credit on next order. Bread was wet from sitting in the container; disappointed with sub.

Pizza was good, generous amount of cheese on pizza for price.

Ordered submarines & a large poutine. The subs are tasty, but didn't have any dressing on them (I was told they ran out of dressing, although it was beginning of the evening). They're also not very packed with meat for the price. The tomatoes were sliced very thick & still had a solid core, making them inedible. The poutine was not good at all. The sauce too salty, fries overcooked with an off putting texture. I suspect they were re-fried, but can't be sure. Delivery person from their restaurant initially made a mistake & brought me the wrong order, but it was quickly addressed. Ultimately for the price they now charge with the recent increases, there are better options just down the road. My suggestion to the owner would be to have better quality control & adjust the portions or pricing.
