Je commande souvent des sous-marins. Je ne suis jamais déçu.
La livraison, la plupart du temps, est rapide. Je trouve dommage
qu'ils ne prennent plus les commandes par leur site.

I ordered the special 14 inch & a free 7 inch I did not receive my free 7 inch :( but other than that the food was good sad I didn't get my 7 inch

If zero stars was an option I would definitely put it!!!! Customer service was awful!!! Girl on the phone was so rude & not willing to listen. On the other hand the food was god awful. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ITS A WASTE OF MONEY

Customer service was terrible. They made multiple mistakes on the order, then couldn't take any accountability over the situation. The lady on the phone made it sounds as if I was lying to her. Also the food was bang average & didn't taste above average at all. Don't order from here

To the owner of the Laval Restaurant. Drop all items on your menu that does not sell well. Concentrate on what you do well or better yet perfect a few menu items , less waste , less costs & better products. Hope this helps because I won't be ordering again until I see a 4.5 star rating

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid at all costs - completely inedible!
Bread: It was both rock-hard on the outside & completely old dry on the inside.
Save your money & go literally anywhere else. This place is a greasy disappointment. Steak was rubbery & hard. I ended up throwing my submarine & fries in the garage & have vowed never to go back. This place should be closed down. 😡🤬😡🤬

Même si c'était une livraisons ,j'ai donné 5 étoiles quand même. Sa fait plusieurs fois que je commande des soumarins , que ce soit de restaurant qui se prétend les rois de ci ou de ça.La commande que j'ai passer chez Vincent était la meilleur expérience. Services pour commander excellent, avec heure approximative de la livraison & pour nous l'heure était presque exact. Nous avons reçu notre commande & nos frites était excellente & chaude. Nos soumarins étaient chaud très bien garnis d'un bout à l'autre & étaient très bon. Faut comprendre que deux soumarins 14 pouces avec deux frites ( supposément gratuites) ont couté 57.00$ pourboire inclus.Je trouve inacceptable qu'à ce prix, certains restaurants (même prix ou presque) nous envoie des sous-marins avec pas grand chose à l'intérieur en plus de ne pas remplir complètement bout à bout.
Donc voilà pourquoi nous devons maintenant donner notre avis de client à fin d'encourager le bon restaurant.
