Ww hadn't planned to come here for dinner, we had just been out window shopping for the evening but got caught in the rain & decided to stop in. What a wonderful choice that was. The food was amazing, our host, Jo, was attentive, made wonderful suggestions & ensured our dinner was absolutely outstanding. I was really excited about this place as it was recommended by our friends, although I'm not too sure what the hype is all about. The drinks were okay, the food was kind of bland & we had to hunt for our server to ask for salt. Nobody asked how our food was either. My friends pasta had nothing but the sauce. I think based on the pricing of this restaurant we could've gotten way better service & at least seasoned steak...Voir plus

We had some difficulties in getting seated for our reservation, but once we did, we had a great experience. Went over the weekend to the Vieux Port Steakhouse. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good steak. Our party ate the Filet Mignon & Steak Frites. Everything was super delicious. The meat served with my Steak Frites was beyond tender. Also, shout out to Audrey. If you can manage to be served by her, you will be in for an excellent service for sure. We are visiting Montreal from Boise, Idaho. We have never had such great experience as Kassi & Sebastian gave us this evening. I highly recommend sitting in the bar with these two fine & fun people!
