I really wanted to love this place as I have read amazing reviews about this place. We went for my husbands birthday & I wrote in the reservation to provide a birthday cake. However, when we got there, I got a feeling the waiter has no idea of my request so I wanted to make sure it happens so I asked the waiter who acted like its the first he has ever heard of this request. He was able to provide it at the end, however, if i had not went up myself, they would have never done it, since clearly they did not read any reservation notes. This makes me upset because its such a nice place people make reservations & they should pay more attention to the requests. The service was extremely slow as our waiter kept passing by, but would not notice that we were done & ready to go! He was not coming to us for very long periods which was frustrating. Food was good & the ambience was nice however the service really needs improvement.View more
