Review Summary

Overall, reviews portray Vices & Versa as a welcoming spot for craft beer lovers with a large, well curated beer list and a menu that offers tasty, well paired bites. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with recommendations, creating a relaxed and unpretentious vibe whether stopping in for a quick drink or lingering to explore a wide range of brews. The food often shines alongside the beer with highlights like mushroom and bacon mac and cheese, poutines, chicken dishes, and a generous charcuterie board, though a vegan burger and a pasta dish were noted as less stellar in a couple of visits. The terrace and outdoor space receive frequent praise for their beauty and versatility, ideal for casual gatherings, board games, or lively evenings with music and comedy. In short, the place stands out for its outstanding beer selection, warm service, and dependable food quality, making it a favorite local haunt for social drinking and relaxed dining.

Great beer choice. That is all we had so I can't comment on the food.

Best beer spot in Montreal, though it's often hard to find a place to sit. Decent casual menu with veg options.

Nestled away in an unlikely area of town, this pub serves over 30 local microbrews, including some of their own, & uses almost exclusively Quebec-sourced ingredients for their pub menu. Again, the terrace is nestled in the back where you can enjoy a beer surrounded by greenery while listening to kids play in the park next door. Licensed.
