About us
VERTIGO are bistro-style restaurant-bars inspired by our two passions: travel and great food. Our fresh and varied menu will take you from Asia to the Mediterranean, or from Mexico to the West Coast of America, all while making you feel as if you’re right at home. With our wide selection of local and imported beer, artisanal liqueurs and even regional wines, Québec remains firmly at the center of this culinary voyage.

We loved Vertigo! The tartare, gyoza, & Brussels sprouts were amazing. The steak & salmon too! I'd stay away from the lobster mushroom risotto, it was watery & had way too much going on. Service was excellent too!View more

Agréable jeudi soir au Vertigo.
J'ai pris les calmars frits en entrée, le risotto aux champignons comme plat principal & le croissant à l'érable pour dessert. Tout était délicieux!
Mention spécial au nouveau gâteau aux carottes maison sur leur menu. La portion est immense & c'est sans doute LE meilleur gâteau aux carottes que j'ai mangé!
Le DJ est excellent!

En cette soirée peu achalandée, nous avons eu un service très ordinaire & pourtant c'est ouvert depuis plusieurs mois déjà. Une fois que nous avons obtenu nos assiettes principales, la serveuse n'est jamais revenue nous voir jusqu'à 20 minutes après qu'on ait fini de manger.
Côté nourriture, le mix de saveurs dans l'entrée de choux de bruxelles était super bon, je ne sais pas si c'est une entrée froide cependant puisque le 3/4 des choux étaient température ambiante.
La joue de boeuf braisée était savoureuse & tendre, par contre les pommes de terre pilées étaient complètement froides.
Les tartares de saumon & boeuf étaient gorgés d'eau & étaient à température ambiante. Le poisson était d'une fraîcheur douteuse. Encore une fois, l'accompagnement (frites) était aussi froid dans cette assiette.
Nous avons aussi remarqué qu'une table à nos côtés a renvoyé leur 2 assiettes de saumon grillés en cuisine.
En somme, service pas parfait mais, surtout très déçu de la nourritureView more

Only there for a drink at the bar. It took close to 20 minutes to get service at the bar when we saw at least 3 employees working but were totally ignored us. Drink was ok.View more

The waitress was not checking on us. We were waiting a long time to get drinks, food & dessert. We came in at 7;30 & we only got served for drinks almost 45mins later. Also the same for the food. If we had some spot checks would have been preferable.View more

Very Small plates for the price & there was no salmon at 7pm on a friday, we returned our oysters as well (not properly opened with shell inside). The burrata was a joke because they gave as 6 cherry tomatto & a mini burrata (25$). Ordered the tacos & it was very small (not worth it), the césar salade was good but very small, the sangria was good but the pitcher was small.
The service was not very welcoming & very long, took 10min to receive an other glass for the wine & a knife (the waiter on the terrasse was new..) Over all : 4/10, do not recommend, go to an other restaurant please. It is not a well run & prepared restaurant, i will not return.View more
