They offer authentic Uyghur food with bold, comforting flavors. The hand-pulled noodles, lamb dishes, samsa , kebabs are rich, well-seasoned, & served in generous portions. A great spot in Montreal for halal cuisine that feels homemade & authentic.
While you'll find many excellent dishes on the menu, the spicy lamb feet stood out as a uniquely memorable experience.
From the first bite, the lamb feet dish hits you with its deep, spicy seasoning, The lamb feet are tender & fatty in all the right ways, offering that collagen rich texture so beneficial to the skin, The spice level is noticeable but balanced, pairs well with hand-pulled laghman noodles or bread makes it more tasty & delicious, should definitely worth to try.
A small restaurant tucked away in a modest strip mall, this spot specializes in lamb-based dishes with bold, exotic flavors. While the menu isn't extensive, each item is packed with taste & clearly crafted with care. The standout is the rich, authentic seasoning that sets it apart from more mainstream offerings. Like many other Uyghur restaurants, however, the wait time can be long-main dishes typically start arriving about 45 minutes after ordering. That said, the food is well worth the wait. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience.
Very authentic traditional Turkistan food & very very good. Everything tastes amazing & homemade from scratch. The Leghman VIP & Samsa were amazing. Would defiantly come back again to try the other dishes.
As a Kazakh well familiar with the Uighur cuisine, the food in this restaurant was super authentic & delicious & the service was great! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Kop-kop rahmet.
Nan bread is microwaved, chewy & old, not fresh. Big plate chicken doesn't have much noodle under, no bell peppers & onions, not spicy, not authentic. Maybe they make it in a way to accommodate westerners' taste, but for me it's not so impressed.
Small & very authentic place. Home style cooking with large portions for sharing ans still you can take home. A haven for people that like eating lamb. Great kind service.
