" It was my first time trying Uyghur cuisine, I really enjoyed the spicy chicken noodles. The highlight was the noodle itself, nice and chewy. I would say the belly was a bit of a let down, the image showed pork stomach but the dish we got seemed like tripe, taste was decent though."
