Here's the corrected version: First time trying a Japanese cheesecake, & I loved it! The place is very well located, the staff is friendly, & the service is surprisingly fast. The flavor is light, but you can still taste the cheese & sweetness in just the right amount. I will definitely go back & try the chocolate cheesecake.

Waouh! Toujours un plaisir de venir chercher un gâteau au fromage chez Uncle Tetsu. Mon coup de coeur reste celui au Matcha même si celui au Yuzu était tout aussi bon.

Un vrai coup de coeur. Une des seules places qui vend ce genre de gâteau au fromage japonais authentique. Leur prix son très abordable & cela depuis des années maintenant & il son excellent je recommande a tous d'essayer.

They are quick, & the cake tastes fresh & delicious. My son loves it. So far, I bought like 10 in 3 weeks. Bit expensive for the size, but yeah, the taste matters.
