Pire service à la clientèle que j'ai vu. Mes sushis sont restés sur le comptoir des commandes pour plus de 30min au chaud. La dame au service ne m'a pas servis & lorsque j'ai demandé ma commande celle-ci m'a répliqué très bêtement. J'ai commandé pour 18h, je suis arrivé à 17:40 il a avait une commande sur le comptoir des livraisons mais la dame ne m'a pas demandé si j'ai commandé ne m'a pas nous plus offert une table ou encore demandé si j'avais commandé. Celle-ci m'a donc laissé poireauter & a également laissé ma commande sur le comptoir pour plus de 30min. Comme 18h arrivait j'ai décidé de regarder la commande à côté & comme de fait c'était la mienne , j'ai donc expliqué à la madame que c'était ma commande & si la nourriture était encore bonne puis elle m'a répliqué que c'est de ma faute si je n'ai pas fait son travail! Voilà à éviter ce restaurant si vous voulez des sushis frais & un bon service!
The worst customer service I've ever seen. My sushi sat on the pickup counter for over 30 minutes. The woman working there didn't serve me, & when I asked about my order, she snapped at me rudely. I had placed an order for 6:00 PM & arrived at 5:40 PM; there was an order sitting on the delivery counter, but she didn't ask if I had placed an order, nor did she offer me a table. She just left me standing there waiting & let my order sit on the counter for over 30 minutes. As 6:00 PM approached, I decided to check the order sitting nearby-& sure enough, it was mine. I explained to the woman that it was my order & asked if the food was still good; she retorted that it was my fault for not doing her job for her! Avoid this restaurant if you want fresh sushi & good service!

'Un grand merci à Carmen & à toute l'équipe !'

Nous sommes venus hier & plusieurs fois dans ce sushi & à chaque fois, ce fut un vrai plaisir. Carmen nous a accueillis avec le sourire, beaucoup de disponibilité rare. Elle est agréable & vraiment à l'écoute. On se sent tout de suite bien quand elle s'occupe de nous.

Petite mention aussi pour une autre fois où j'ai expliqué mes allergies alimentaires à un jeune serveur. Il m'a écouté avec attention, a pris le temps de tout transmettre à la cheffe en cuisine, & le repas surtt pile bowl & les combos étaient parfaitement adapté, sans risque & délicieux. Vraiment rassurant & pro !

Merci pour votre bienveillance & votre professionnalisme. On reviendra avec plaisir, les yeux fermés !

Excellent restaurant ! Les sushis sont très bons & les ingrédients sont toujours frais. Le service est rapide, le personnel est sympathique & l'ambiance est agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

It's a funny restaurant that the chef cannot make a dish, we wait for 40minutes just got a wonton soup.
The worst service experience we've ever had & only got it here. After communicate a few times with the waitress, failed.
DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to have the same bad experience.

We arrived at 10:30 a.m. & were told that the kitchen would not start cooking until 11:00 a.m. Since we were dining with a toddler, we ordered in advance & explained that we hoped the food could be served as quickly as possible. The owner assured us that everything would be ready around 11:30-11:40 a.m.

However, after the owner left, it was already 11:40 & not all of our dishes had been served. We asked the server to check on our order, but instead of helping or following up with the kitchen, she kept making excuses, repeatedly saying that the kitchen had only started cooking at 11:00. She did not seem to understand or care that we were trying to accommodate a young child.

We then asked if they could simply bring out whatever dishes were already prepared, but the server failed to communicate this request properly to the kitchen. It wasn't until the head chef came out that we were finally able to explain the situation clearly. Only then did they bring out the dishes that were ready.

The most disappointing part was not the wait itself, but the lack of customer service. Throughout the entire experience, the server never tried to solve the problem or understand our needs. Instead, she kept making excuses. Because the food arrived so late, we had to rush through our meal, & the whole dining experience was stressful & unpleasant.

We understand that restaurants can get busy & delays happen, but good communication & a willingness to help make all the difference. Unfortunately, that was missing from our experience.

Very delicious sushi! I got one Kamikaze Salmon & one Golden Eyes roll. Both were tasty. Spring rolls are also very good.

We come here almost every weekend because the food is consistently fresh & delicious. The waitress is always friendly, welcoming, & great to chat with, which makes every visit enjoyable. The combination of excellent food & outstanding service keeps us coming back. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

I had a wonderful lunch with my son on the terrace. The service is friendly & efficient. The food is incredible & fresh. I've ordered delivery from this restaurant as well & it's the same great food, beautifully prepared. Wonderful variety. Although it may seem a bit expensive, the price is worth the quality & freshness of the food. Thank you for another great meal!
