It's a funny restaurant that the chef cannot make a dish, we wait for 40minutes just got a wonton soup.
The worst service experience we've ever had & only got it here. After communicate a few times with the waitress, failed.

We arrived at 10:30 a.m. & were told that the kitchen would not start cooking until 11:00 a.m. Since we were dining with a toddler, we ordered in advance & explained that we hoped the food could be served as quickly as possible. The owner assured us that everything would be ready around 11:30-11:40 a.m.
However, after the owner left, it was already 11:40 & not all of our dishes had been served. We asked the server to check on our order, but instead of helping or following up with the kitchen, she kept making excuses, repeatedly saying that the kitchen had only started cooking at 11:00. She did not seem to understand or care that we were trying to accommodate a young child.
We then asked if they could simply bring out whatever dishes were already prepared, but the server failed to communicate this request properly to the kitchen. It wasn't until the head chef came out that we were finally able to explain the situation clearly. Only then did they bring out the dishes that were ready.
The most disappointing part was not the wait itself, but the lack of customer service. Throughout the entire experience, the server never tried to solve the problem or understand our needs. Instead, she kept making excuses. Because the food arrived so late, we had to rush through our meal, & the whole dining experience was stressful & unpleasant.
We understand that restaurants can get busy & delays happen, but good communication & a willingness to help make all the difference. Unfortunately, that was missing from our experience.

We come here almost every weekend because the food is consistently fresh & delicious. The waitress is always friendly, welcoming, & great to chat with, which makes every visit enjoyable. The combination of excellent food & outstanding service keeps us coming back. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience!
I had a wonderful lunch with my son on the terrace. The service is friendly & efficient. The food is incredible & fresh. I've ordered delivery from this restaurant as well & it's the same great food, beautifully prepared. Wonderful variety. Although it may seem a bit expensive, the price is worth the quality & freshness of the food. Thank you for another great meal!
Very disappointed how worse things have gotten over the years. 2 items were missing from my online order (not the first time this happens), I almost chocked on a fish bone in the sushi, the calamari has gotten smaller & the sushi no longer looks fresh. Never ordering again from here again.
Una senora mayor estaba sentada en una mesa junto a mi, escuché como la mesera la presionaba para pedir un postre, de una forma muy hostil, e insistiendo que habían reservaciones (el restaurante estaba vacío, solo tres mesas ocupadas). Me parece una falta de respeto hablarle así a un cliente, pero más cuando se trata de una senora mayor y en pleno día de las Madres. La mesera una desubicada. La comida deliciosa, el servicio que recibí normal, pero la falta de educación hacia otros comensales, imperdonable.
