Japanese Ramen restaurant. Specializes in Fukuoka style Tonkotsu Ramen. Home made creamy Tonkotsu broth, organic, totally Non-MSG. Also serves some small side dishes and Japanese beer.
I'll start with the food, We got their signature ramen with choice of chicken which half of it was cooked well & the other not (so it was like chewing on rubber) which ruined the experience, the sashimi salmon was fine. The waitress recommended the opposite to what we explained we would like. & finally, the seat! It's old wooden without cushions & a splinter in it ribbed & ruined my favorite leggings! The ambient is fine. The only reason I gave 2 🌟 is because of the cool interior decor, that's it! I wouldn't come to this place again, ever!
It falls short in delivering the culinary excellence expected from a traditional ramen establishment. The flavor profile of their offerings is somewhat underwhelming, not fully capturing the rich & nuanced taste that aficionados of Japanese cuisine might anticipate. Additionally, the pricing for add-ons, such as extra noodles, is notably higher compared to similar establishments in the area. Their spicy noodle costs more simply for the inclusion of a separate spicy sauce. Given the burgeoning landscape of quality ramen houses now available locally, this place struggles to stand out. When considering both taste & value, it is two stars in my opinion, not recommended.
Friendly staff. Ordered Taco Wasa + Chashu Tonkotsu w/ black garlic. Pretty good broth, very tasty, meat was tender, the needle is a little overcooked for me but I would say this is one of the best Ramen I have in town. (Sesotei does a good job too, if you wonder;) One thing I have to mention that it's $18 for a bowl of ramen, I would be happier to see wood ear or some bamboo shots though.
Excellent well rounded restaurant. Every time we've been, we've been nicely greeted & were offered great service. Good service enhances our experience. The ramen is very well balanced. Very smooth feeling. Not too thick, not too thin. The serving temperature is also always perfect. Good side options as well. The decor is quite striking. I enjoy it. Not everyone's cup of tea I'm sure but I personally enjoy it. I definitely recommend this restaurant for all ramen lovers. It gets full quite fast & the place is small. So it's best to reserve of you don't want to line.

I have to say this is one of the best ramen I've had imo, broth is rich, Pork is extremely tender & flavourful, their Kaarage is also pretty good with their spicy mayo.
I have dined there 3 times. I brought 6 people the first time. 2 people the second time & again yesterday. They were clients & friends. I am very disappointed & will not return. One of the diners did not like the ramen soup & requested chicken instead of pork. You charged us-even though she said she had asked for chicken in the first place. Bad mistake. You lost many customers. I wish you good luck but that is BAD business. Susana Stroll

I have a lot of ramen.. but never like this. The noodles they make here simply hit different - they are chewy & delicious in a way I simply cannot describe. I am writing this review on the metro home & I am sooOo full & sleepy. The spicy tonkatsu was 10/10, the takoyaki was also some of the best I've had (& 6.45$ for takoyaki in Montreal Cmon that's amazing). Even the cheesecake was less than 4, light & delicious & a perfect way to end the meal. The only note is the cocktails are pricey - but they are luxurious (I recommend the one with Yuzu!) No photos because we ate too fast mmmm OH & DINE IN the decor is beautiful & unique!
