I didn't like the wrap chicken I literally spit it out, wierd sauce & potato

This is some amazing authentic rotis, super delicous, well cooked. Lots of curry deliciousness. I'd recommend the goat. It's heavy on the sauce so I ate it with a nice bowl of rice, not sure if they have rice but I ate it at home with rice & it was soooo good. Great spot for take out!

I used to love ordering the jerk chicken from here! Unfortunately they now use chicken legs instead of the thighs & it's not as good. Also it seems like there is a lot less jerk seasoning & sauce

3.5 stars - Despite the food actually being fairly good, & some of the better Caribbean i've had in Montreal, I had a few issues with our order. First & foremost, the double was not a double. By definition a double contains a chickpea curry so I was expecting that plus the protein (chicken) & the traditional sauces. No chickpeas (thus no curry) & no sauce, just over cooked / dry chicken. The flavor of the chicken was good but still very disappointing as a meal. The jerk chicken plate, again tasted good, but was also over cooked & dry, even the dark meat. Again no hot sauce or anything to help with moisture. Ive never ordered from a Caribbean restaurant that didn't give hot sauce &/or picklez on the side. Also everything comes in a trio which means pop & rice. We don't drink pop & find it odd to give rice with a roti. No option to choose what your side or drink is. (I would have gladly taken sorrel & coleslaw.) I feel like more flexibility in ordering would have enhanced the meal.

Best Carribean food I've had in 25 years!!! Took recommendations for goat rotie & I couldn't eat the whole thing, so delicious 😋 & homemade hot sauce (scotch bonnets) was worth the extra heat! 🔥💪 Took the rest home for lunch or Kate night snack. Recommend you get off the Decarie for this.

Best hot sauce in Montreal! Delicious roti, jerk, & doubles! Someday, I will try the oxtail stew & the breadfruit roti. But when I walk through that door, all I'm ever thinking is, "goat roti with LOTS of that magic orange sauce!"

November 3, 2023 Once again I had the best Chicken Roti, with hot sauce. The place sells lots of other things & I've been going here for many years. Today a slice of Pumpkin pie caught my attention. Well after eating it I just had to write a review. It was so delicious, not too sweet, a nice big slice. It went so well after my roti. Go for the roti but don't forget the Pumpkin Pie. 2022 review...Best roti I've had in Montreal. Friendly service. Very clean place. Chicken doubles are delicious too.
