Just ate at Trattoria Trestevere, was very pleased with everything, the service is out of this world. In addition, I was very pleased with the gentlemen who helped choose my dinner for me as I was very indecisive. I've been to Italy, & it brought me back for a moment. The ravioli is a must try. I highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for a nostalgic taste like Italy!.View more

I wanted to share my recent dining experience at Trattoria Trestevere, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
We started with a unique zucchini & prosciutto melon dish. The zucchini was unlike anything I've had at a traditional restaurant-cut into shoestrings & perfectly spiced, it was a delightful surprise.
For the main course, the veal was cooked to perfection, & my cannelloni was simply delicious. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared & truly enjoyable. The zabaglione dessert for two & the Nutella gnocchi were amazing.
What made the experience even more special was the opportunity to converse with the owner, who shared some fascinating stories about the restaurant.
If you're looking for a wonderful dining experience, I highly recommend Trattoria Trestevere. I assure you, you will not be disappointed!View more

Searched the internet for a good moderately priced Italian restaurant. We weren't interested in fancy with steaks etc. came across Trattoria. I read the reviews & was impressed. This restaurant sounded exactly like what we wanted. It didn't disappoint. The lasagna was excellent along with the spaghetti & meat sauce andTiramisu. The staff was friendly & very accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant. You don't have to spend a lot of money to get excellent food.View more

Came with my parents & some friends, & it happened to be my parents' anniversary too. The food was all fresh & delicious, & the staff were delightful, cracking jokes & making sure our glasses were always full. We had tiramisu & creme brûlée for dessert, & they brought out some of the fried gnocchi for us to try as well. Didn't get any pictures because we ate it all too fast, but it was beautiful as well as tasty. Highly recommend!View more

Tonight, my friends & I visited Trattoria Trestevere in Montreal & we could not be more pleased with the experience that we shared. We were here for a bachelor dinner & we were greeted & served by our waitor & owner, Mauro! He was very warm, welcoming, hospitable, knowledgeable, & dedicated to excellence in customer service. Last time I was here with my boys it was amazing so had to come back again with my wife. Same amazing food with top notch service. Thanks Mauro! ---- This place was phenomenal. My wife & I just got back from dinner. We had an amazing experience. The owner & our waiter were extremely welcoming & friendly. We had a lot of laughs. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The atmosphere & music were great. Food was excellent including the tiramisu to finish. Great portions & obviously fresh ingredients. Highly recommend this restaurant.View more
