We were thrilled with the exceptional service from Bon Appétit at our wedding. The food stations were impeccable, featuring Tuscany, Seafood Raw Bar, Sushi, Oyster, & Mexican options. Each station was beautifully presented & delicious, with guests raving about the variety & quality. The main courses were next level: Braised Beef Short Rib with Parsnip Puree, Sautéed Spinach, & Steamed Carrots; Seared Salmon Fillet with Mediterranean Salsa, Cauliflower Mousseline, & Asparagus; & a vegetarian option of Portobello stuffed with Lentil Stew, topped with Goat Cheese & Crispy Shallots. Each dish was a masterpiece, with bold flavors & stunning presentation. The staff provided outstanding service, attending to every detail with professionalism & warmth.
