Une expérience culinaire sans pareil. Nous avons pris le menu 5 services avec accord vin & mets découverte & tout a été littéralement sublime. Un mélange de textures & de goût avec une maitrise des techniques & un service exceptionnel. J'ai vraiment hâte d'y retourner! I had read some concerns about the sauses being bland, but I found them to be perfectlry balanced. They complemented the naural flavors of the ingredients without overpoering them. The dishes were refined & delicate, & both the service & ambiance exceed my expections.Voir plus
An unforgettable dining experience! The food was delicious & artfully plated! Thanks chefs for adjusting the entire tasting menu to fit my dietary restrictions with care & creativity.Each wine pairing came with a well told captivating story. Our waitress was warm & attentive, & the bartender dazzled us with creative mocktails. The cozy, elegant ambiance made it all the more special. A true feast for all the senses!

Lovely experience. The food was delicious & offered a thoughtful journey through in-season Quebecois cuisine, but what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone who took care of me was kind, welcoming, & a joy to talk to-especially the main bartender, who curated a full mocktail pairing to accompany my meal. I really appreciated not feeling left out of the drink experience just because I wasn't drinking alcohol. Their attentiveness made the evening feel personal & memorable. Pretentious atmosphere. Service was not good. Im on a date with my partner, not with the waitress. I do not need you to come ask me every 10 minutes if the food was good or if I need anything else. Hovering over us does not let us relax while we have our meal. Duck was also way too raw & sides were too ordinary, fish appetizer was lacking a little something. An exceptional lunch that showcases both finesse & flavor with decent price.
The halibut dish is a refreshing masterpiece-delicate, lightly cured fish topped with airy foam & surrounded by vibrant berries, herbs, & a bright consommé. It's light yet layered.
The beef course is equally outstanding, with perfectly medium-rare slices melting in the mouth, complemented by earthy mushrooms, charred greens, & silky potato purée. The rich just ties it all together.
Both plates are artful, balanced, & deeply satisfying, celebrating texture, seasonality, & precision. Every element felt intentional & elevated-two standout dishes that left a lasting impression. I absolutely loved them.Voir plus

I specifically asked for a table by the window but they told me it was reserved by other people only when we got there. The Asian waiter only asked me how the food was & only had eye contact me the whole time, completely ignoring my partner who's a person of color. Food was excellent overall.Voir plus
