coffee(36) cafe(26) recommend(20) latte(15) drink(15) breakfast(15) brunch(13) toast(12) matcha(11) croissant(9) fresh(9) highly recommend(7)I saw one of the waitresses drop silverware on the ground & she still brought it to a table!! Waiting for water took about 10 minutes after we sat. It easily was 20 minutes & still we didn't have a coffee. When they finally brought it, it was the wrong order. It was off-putting to wait so long & see the staff casually talking & appearing a little disorganized & confused. Maybe it was just a rush. Food is pretty good but a little pricey & can definitely come with lackluster service. The environment is fine but close to the mall entrance so cold air can come in where you're sitting & the noise from the food court can be a little intrusive.
Went for brunch with my mother. We got assigned a table at 1pm & ordered shortly after. 45 minutes went by & we still hadn't received our food. We asked the waitress how long we'd still have to wait before getting our food & she said she didn't know. We ended up having to leave at 1:50pm because we had to go to an appointment. If we had stuck it out & waited for the food, we wouldn't have made it to our appointment on time. When we left some people who were already there way before we got there at 1pm had just received their plates. We had been to this Tommy many times before & never had this issue. The food is good & the staff is friendly but it's not worth waiting almost an hour or more to get your order. We left very disappointed.
Excellent service & atmosphere! Don't need to go downtown to get the Tommy experience!
The quality is unmatched, the food is great & love to study here, great wifi & the servers are lovely & love their job! I would recommend.
Café Tommy is a hidden gem that effortlessly blends cozy vibes with top-notch flavors. Whether you're here for their aromatic coffee, mouthwatering pastries, or just to soak in the warm, inviting atmosphere, this spot delivers on all fronts. The staff? Super friendly & always ready with great recommendations. Perfect for a solo coffee escape, catching up with friends, or even getting some work done.
I visited for breakfast & was thoroughly impressed by the food. The portions were generous, & every bite was bursting with flavor. My husband & I ordered the multigrain toast with avocado & a coffee, both of which were absolutely delightful. The ambiance was equally impressive, with elegant decor-everything from the furniture colors to the wall art & lighting perfectly coordinated, creating a sophisticated & inviting atmosphere.
Fancy decor, furniture colors, wall painting, & lighting all are matching & very classy. The food portion is correct. I ordered a yummy tuna ciabatta with spring salad. It has a private entrance. I recommend it.
Service was good but the food was so bad compared to the other tommy location I have been to.. so disappointing
The atmosphere in this restaurant is incredible. Although the service was good, they made a mistake on my order that contained a dietary modification & when they remediated it was not in a satesfactory manner. They do not have a great gluten free menu.
Great food! Each dish was prepared fresh & very neat looking. Would highly recommend the chicken bacon sandwich with avocado & fries on the side.
I am very disappointed. I went to this place for the tenth time. I order the exact same thing that I ordered the previous 9 times, which is eggs benedict, only this time I am surprised to find that instead of 2 slices of bread, I only get one. I ask the waitress what happened, why there is only one slice, & she tells me that this is how the dish is served. Only with one slice. This is a dish that costs $22 while the classic breakfast costs $18 & all that differentiates them is the sauce they put on the egg oh & of course the classic has 2 slices of bread I think it's a bit excessive & not worth it now the place I thought I found for delicious breakfasts is not such a bargain
La nourriture était bonne! Le service était bien 😌! Lorsqu'on se lève à 4:00 du matin un petit Expresso Martini 🍸 a 9:30 a.m est toujours apprécié ;) Le cappuccino était très bon. Les prix sont acceptables! Cheers 🥂
Had the pleasure of dining here for breakfast. D town bene was amazing.
I visited 2 adults, 2 kids. There were only 2 other tables seated & quite a few servers. Someone say us, someone else took our drink order, someone else brought the coffees, the finally, maybe one of the prior took our food order, but someone different brought it. I completely lost track. The kid's french toast is so small, that I felt insulted. It was 1 piece of thin bread with 8 strawberries, 10 ultra thin banana slices, that were so thin they had stuck to the plate. My child couldn't lift them off. I know this is a child's price at $12, but usually child menu options are $6-10, & for this, it was not enough for a 4 year old who always eats 2 pieces of thick french toast. Our other meals were nothing special but nicely presented. Very overpriced, $22 each. Eggs benny without meat on one single toast $22?! A bit absurd. We were never asked if we wanted more coffee, the basic coffee was $3.50 anyway though so I guess that would gave added up quick. We waited a long time for the bill, I kept looking over but two of the girls were giggling over something on a phone. They were on the phone a long time. Unfortunately we were not satisfied & 2 adults, 2 kids $100 for breakfast. Shameful really. The minimum tip option was 18% but of course I went less because who tips that in a place where I couldn't tell you who my server was & overcharges all meals. No thanks. Will not return.
