Came here for brunch & I was impressed! A pretty large selection of food. I ended up getting a lavender latte & an eggs benny; the latte was super good, & the benny too! I liked that the plate was served with both some salad & potatoes. Although it's in the food court it has a separate door from outside to get in, only downside is it's quite loud as it's next to the food court (no real wall to divide it). Also they had a few cakes & croissants, but I feel like if they had cookies it would be the perfect dessert. I will be back!
When we arrived, there were literal pieces of glass on the floor near our table, which already made things feel unsafe & poorly handled. The place was also very packed when we got there, & since we were seated with a view of the kitchen, we could actually see the back, the cooks were moving extremely slowly while orders kept piling up, which probably explains the wait.
We ordered food & waited over an hour even though the café didn't seem to be turning tables quickly. Meanwhile, people seated after us, including a group in the back, received their meals way before we did. No one checked in on us or explained the delay the entire time.
We finally got up to leave because we were starving & only then staff told us our food was'almost ready.' After waiting that long, that was honestly frustrating to hear.
We ended up only having a matcha & left hungry. There was no real apology & no attempt to make up for the situation, no discount, no gesture, nothing. The space is beautiful, but the service & organization were really lacking. Spending that much time somewhere just to leave hungry shouldn't happen.

Had a great experience at Tommy Café! The food was delicious & the drinks were amazing-fresh, well made, & full of flavor. Everything was on point.
A special mention to Alexis, our waitress, who was absolutely adorable & so serviable. She was attentive, kind, & made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend & will be coming back! ☕?✨
Super friendly staff, quick service & delicious food! The coffee was also very good. The staff was very attentive, checking in a few times. Very happy overall!!
Been coming here a few times, & the service has degraded. The servers seem to be more interested in flirting with the one handsome server guy. Almost every time my over hard eggs are served runny, a side order for juice never arrives, the high chair is visibly dirty, yet no attention is paid. It's the little details that matter, & while the food is great, the service is a bit of a letdown. Buckle up & buck it up, & I'll most definitely return. Otherwise you've lost a loyal customer.
Such good service, i absolutely loved it there, i personally wouldnt recommend the matcha latté but it was good with sugar! i also enjoyed the chai latte, the staff were suppperrr welcoming & nice & the bathrooms were clean so thats an amazing sign
Nice place inside the Pointe Claire mall for brunch. Coffees were real good! Recommend the latté lavande for those fellow sweet-coffee fans out there ☕

It is a great place for meeting up with friends. Good selections of hot or cold drinks, healthy snakes, & salads. I love their Chai latte & Budha bowl, or Almond croissant, for example.
I've visited this cafe multiple times & I always appreciate its charming decor & cozy ambiance. The coffee they serve is consistently top-notch, although their pastry selection is somewhat limited, the croissants are consistently delightful & fresh. I particularly enjoy their smoothies & highly recommend their ice matcha lattes - they're my personal favorite. While the food choices are somewhat limited, the quality is satisfactory. The cafe excels in creating a welcoming atmosphere, & the staff is incredibly friendly & attentive. I highly recommend this spot for a delightful drink & a chance to soak in the picturesque decor.
Grabbed a quick latte here & it was honestly horrid .. for 7$ it's quite disappointing. Barista took 10 mins to do my order & it wasn't even busy. I did like the ambiance & decor👍🏽
The place looks nice, but the employees are busy chatting amongst themselves, so customer service goes wanting. My husband ordered the muti- grain toast with avocado & a coffee, I ask for the almond croissant & an Earl Grey Tea. Coffee & tea were brought to the table, but no spoons. When I ordered my tea I asked for sugar & cream, that too didn't get served. My husband asked for the spoons & cream & sugar. We were brought espresso spoons. Very small in size & the cups were quite big in size. Then they brought my husband's toast & forgot my croissants. The employees were busy talking. An other server came I asked again for the croissants. When I finally got the croissant it wasn't very fresh. Hard to cut & hard to chew. It's too bad because it reminded me of a nice café that I have been to in England. It has potential, if the employees are more attentive to customers & that when the order is served, to make sure that everything that is needed to enjoy the meal arrives at the same time.
The employees are very welcoming. The food & beverage choices are great. Even though I don't normally drink coffee, I asked for the waitress' recommendations & she was very knowledgeable about all the options. I ended up getting a latte with oatmilk & it was really good. I got the classic avocado toast which was delicious. Overall 10/10 for service, atmosphere & presentation.
The service was great & the food was delicious! Enjoyed the iced latte. The only feedback would be the potatoes could have been cooked a little longer.
