I saw one of the waitresses drop silverware on the ground & she still brought it to a table!! Waiting for water took about 10 minutes after we sat. It easily was 20 minutes & still we didn't have a coffee. When they finally brought it, it was the wrong order. It was off-putting to wait so long & see the staff casually talking & appearing a little disorganized & confused. Maybe it was just a rush. Food is pretty good but a little pricey & can definitely come with lackluster service. The environment is fine but close to the mall entrance so cold air can come in where you're sitting & the noise from the food court can be a little intrusive.

I visited for breakfast & was thoroughly impressed by the food. The portions were generous, & every bite was bursting with flavor. My husband & I ordered the multigrain toast with avocado & a coffee, both of which were absolutely delightful. The ambiance was equally impressive, with elegant decor-everything from the furniture colors to the wall art & lighting perfectly coordinated, creating a sophisticated & inviting atmosphere.
I visited 2 adults, 2 kids. There were only 2 other tables seated & quite a few servers. Someone say us, someone else took our drink order, someone else brought the coffees, the finally, maybe one of the prior took our food order, but someone different brought it. I completely lost track. The kid's french toast is so small, that I felt insulted. It was 1 piece of thin bread with 8 strawberries, 10 ultra thin banana slices, that were so thin they had stuck to the plate. My child couldn't lift them off. I know this is a child's price at $12, but usually child menu options are $6-10, & for this, it was not enough for a 4 year old who always eats 2 pieces of thick french toast. Our other meals were nothing special but nicely presented. Very overpriced, $22 each. Eggs benny without meat on one single toast $22?! A bit absurd. We were never asked if we wanted more coffee, the basic coffee was $3.50 anyway though so I guess that would gave added up quick. We waited a long time for the bill, I kept looking over but two of the girls were giggling over something on a phone. They were on the phone a long time. Unfortunately we were not satisfied & 2 adults, 2 kids $100 for breakfast. Shameful really. The minimum tip option was 18% but of course I went less because who tips that in a place where I couldn't tell you who my server was & overcharges all meals. No thanks. Will not return.
I've visited this cafe multiple times & I always appreciate its charming decor & cozy ambiance. The coffee they serve is consistently top-notch, although their pastry selection is somewhat limited, the croissants are consistently delightful & fresh. I particularly enjoy their smoothies & highly recommend their ice matcha lattes - they're my personal favorite. While the food choices are somewhat limited, the quality is satisfactory. The cafe excels in creating a welcoming atmosphere, & the staff is incredibly friendly & attentive. I highly recommend this spot for a delightful drink & a chance to soak in the picturesque decor.

Nice place for a more adult breakfast, full cocktail list & very nice coffees. Breakfast was very good, I had truffle eggs Benedict & my husband had a chicken sandwich. We both enjoyed our meals.
Reasonable price, good drinks, & nice looking coffee shop with easy parking. It has all the potential to give a positive experience but failed to do so due to the staff. Beside one worker who seemed to do her job very well, the rest seem busier talking & high fiving each others. It was an underwhelming experience
For a coffee place, it's weird that the coffee is served in a glass. Should of ask for extra hot coffee. Mine was already after 5mins. The pastry was ok. Nothing fancy. A good place to go chitchat after an hour of shopping at the Fairview mall.
The positive first: Super friendly staff, great service The negative : Super overpriced ( & that's an euphemism) normal breakfast for 3 was close to 90$. That's 2x 2 eggs with bacon + 1 extra sausage +1 regular coffee +1 smoothie & one açaí bowl. The açaí bowl was plainly a rip off: 20$ for a SUPER diluted açaí. By diluted I mean exactly that: it was super liquid with a faint taste of açaí... We are never going back

The place looks nice, but the employees are busy chatting amongst themselves, so customer service goes wanting. My husband ordered the muti- grain toast with avocado & a coffee, I ask for the almond croissant & an Earl Grey Tea. Coffee & tea were brought to the table, but no spoons. When I ordered my tea I asked for sugar & cream, that too didn't get served. My husband asked for the spoons & cream & sugar. We were brought espresso spoons. Very small in size & the cups were quite big in size. Then they brought my husband's toast & forgot my croissants. The employees were busy talking. An other server came I asked again for the croissants. When I finally got the croissant it wasn't very fresh. Hard to cut & hard to chew. It's too bad because it reminded me of a nice café that I have been to in England. It has potential, if the employees are more attentive to customers & that when the order is served, to make sure that everything that is needed to enjoy the meal arrives at the same time.
The employees are very welcoming. The food & beverage choices are great. Even though I don't normally drink coffee, I asked for the waitress' recommendations & she was very knowledgeable about all the options. I ended up getting a latte with oatmilk & it was really good. I got the classic avocado toast which was delicious. Overall 10/10 for service, atmosphere & presentation.
