Very rude employee. The music was very loud for breakfast time. I kindly asked if if he can put the volume down as we could not hear each other on the table, but he refused & said he cannot please everyone. I asked him if he thinks everyone likes this loud music? He said , well i don' t think it is loud. I then thanked him & told him that i will not come back & he cared less.
I had such a beautiful experience at Tommy Café. From the moment we walked in, you can really feel the care & warmth, especially from the owner, who is incredibly kind & welcoming. It honestly makes a difference.
The presentation of the food is just stunning, every plate looks like it's made with attention to detail & love. & the taste? Absolutely delicious. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients.
But I have to say… their roasted coconut pie is on another level. Easily the best I've ever had.

First time visiting this café, & I absolutely loved the décor, the floors, the furniture, & the presentation of the dishes. The latte was spectacular. Five-star service & a perfect place to have a good conversation with friends.
Première visite dans ce café & j'ai adoré la décoration, les planchers, le mobilier ainsi que la présentation des plats. Le latte était spectaculaire. Service cinq étoiles & endroit parfait pour discuter entre amis.
Got a matcha latte that was terrible, friends got a cappuccino & a regular coffee, they were barely warm & the cappuccino had no milk foam. The breakfast pastries were obviously not fresh. The music in the background was so loud I couldn't peacefully have a conversation. I will give credit where it is due, I was able to get my matcha latte exchanged & payed the difference for a more expensive drink, the service was decent, the restaurant is cute but for a café the thing it messed up the most is the coffee which is obviously an issue
Tout était bien, sauf le wifi. On me donne un wifi qui fonctionne pas. & apparement, il est seulement valide pour 2h. Je trouve que cette politique affecte l'expérience d'un bon coffee shop. Sinon le reste était bien 👌🏼

Good atmosphere & friendly service, but coffee was cold & potatoes didn't taste fresh. Not what you expect from a place that's a bit overpriced for brunch compared to similar spots.
Je me suis présentée ce matin avec mon premier café encore dans les mains, on m'a demandé de ne pas boire mon café dans le local puisqu'on ne peut pas avoir un café provenant de l'extérieur.
Les pêches de canne brunies sur mon toast, c'est pas vraiment l'idéal.
Un cortado ne fait pas 200ml, sans parler de l'attitude du serveur.

Beautiful experience at Tommy Café Laval! The ambiance is welcoming, the food & drinks were absolutely amazing - everything tasted fresh & carefully prepared. A special thank you to Elena for the outstanding service, she was attentive & friendly.We will definitely be back!

This is my third time going & honestly I have to say not impressed at all
I usually like to give a place many chances before I set a standard or review but I can confirm everytime I've gone the coffee has a weird aftertaste & very watery tasting , the food is not good & very cheap on portions but forget the portions aside the flavour & quality I got a ceaser salad I don't know what dressing they putting but there is 0 flavour to it , very watered down & the salad was like they put the lettuce with water or something because my salad within seconds of being served was like soggy, wilted & the bottom of the bowl had sooo much liquid that was not dressing was very odd & taste was not there at all there was 0 flavour at all the croutons were very cheap quality no flavour croutons it tasted as if I was eating a soggy water soup salad very off
I tried my friends Buddha bowl was no salt lacking flavour & portion was tiny
As for sandwich of my other friend we tried decent nothing to rant about but not awful
Other times I've been I had the pistachio croissant that I could give the credit was good I enjoyed that but over all not somehere I would return again after giving it 3 tries I've been fairly disappointed each time
Tried their cappuccino & it was perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. The croissant with pistachios a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, still a lovely café experience.
The food was okay(lemonade, grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup), but I waited 1 hour for a meal that should have taken them barely 20 mins. There were seven workers, barely any costumers, & the workers were just talking instead of working, WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.
