J'ai eu une excellente expérience chez Tommy Café Fairview ! L'endroit est absolument magnifique, avec une ambiance chaleureuse & un décor super élégant - parfait pour bruncher ou prendre un café entre amis.
Food was fantastic, the vibe was very cool. The music was a bit loud for us at the start, but the staff recognized it, & turned the volume down a bit. Nice little spot just off of the food court.

The food is delicious & the Dirty chai latte is the best. My only issue was that, while I was enjoying a nice relaxed meal, within less than 5 minutes, 3 different girls came to clear my dishes & I hadn't even finished my meal. I felt like I was being rushed out

I've visited Tommy's Café many times, usually bringing my own coffee, & I've always appreciated the atmosphere. However, during my visit yesterday, which was not very busy, we had a really disappointing experience. I fully understand their policy about not allowing outside coffee, but the waitress who served us was incredibly rude & unprofessional. She said,'BUY A COFFEE FROM US NEXT TIME, OR EVEN DON'T COME AGAIN.' We even had to wait for the waitress to look at us, just so we could signal to give our order, & even the chef had to come by to take the plate because no one was attending to us. I hope this isn't a standard practice, because it really changed my impression of the place.
Great atmosphere & service at Tommy in Fairview! Food is always fresh & delicious! Alexis, Dara, Layan & everyone else are so friendly & amazing - plus the soundtrack is on point 🎵will definitely be back! Good job Ali!!
I truly enjoyed my experience at Tommy Cafe Fairview. The playlist was on point & created such a great atmosphere not only for brunch but also for studying! Great service by Dara, Alexis & Layan! :)
Hi, first of all I had the avocado toast with some fixings which was to die for. I'd definitely go back even if it's on the pricier side. The latte was delicious. The ambiance was ok but I was a bit disappointed with the service. Our waitress was wearing what looked like pj pants or fuzzy sweatpants & hardly came to see our table. We needed to flag her down on multiple occasions because there was a lot of talking going on amongst staff & they had their backs turned away from the customers a lot of the time. Could be a one off based on staff experience but the food was delicious & I hope you can take this as constructive criticism as I want to see you succeed.
Keep in mind that the frittata that is on the menu is not available here at this location. We came here, especially for this.

Came here for brunch & I was impressed! A pretty large selection of food. I ended up getting a lavender latte & an eggs benny; the latte was super good, & the benny too! I liked that the plate was served with both some salad & potatoes. Although it's in the food court it has a separate door from outside to get in, only downside is it's quite loud as it's next to the food court (no real wall to divide it). Also they had a few cakes & croissants, but I feel like if they had cookies it would be the perfect dessert. I will be back!
