Review Summary

Toki is widely recognized as a charming and cozy destination for authentic Korean street food, frequently praised for its delicious menu, which includes popular items like tteokbokki, crispy fried chicken, and flavorful kimchi fries. Many visitors appreciate the generous portions and the overall value provided, describing the atmosphere as cute, modern, and welcoming. While the dining space is quite compact and can get crowded during busy times, the quick service and consistent food quality make it a frequent favorite for casual meals. Although experiences with staff and seating availability can occasionally vary, the majority of guests consider it a hidden gem and a go to spot for satisfying cravings in a pleasant, aesthetically pleasing environment.

One of the best Rosé Ttoekbokki I've had!! It was so good & the BBQ chicken bowl was also insanely delicious 🙌 I 100% recommend this place if you're looking for yummy Korean food 🍱

Maybe the best Korean food in Montreal. The fried chicken is really good & the tofu soup is the best dish in my opinion

I have been going to Toki since it opened, & despite its various menu changes, I have never been disappointed. It's the perfect little spot to grab a meal at a reasonable price, & the service is consistently fast. The dishes are extremely tasty, & the quality truly speaks for itself. I tried their Korean chicken today, & it was phenomenal. They also offer limited-time menu items, like the Dubai chewy cookie, which was absolutely delicious.

Tiny Montreal gem, a small Korean restaurant with delicious, affordable food & good portions, recommended!

Very delicious Korean food in a very cute & comfortable space with a cozy atmosphere. The tteokbokki combo & the stir-fried japchae were very tasty & the brown sugar milk tea was a refreshing complement to the meal. One of my favourite restaurants in the area!

Came to have dinner with my friend. I ordered a classic tteokbokki with added fish cake. I'm surprised you have to pay to add the fish cake because it's usually included. Regardless, the tteokbokki sauce was delicious & on the sweeter side. I also order a small yangyyeom chicken. The chicken could have used more yangyeom sauce but it's made with thigh meat so it was juicy & delicious. The food came out really quickly which made sense as this was korean street food. Overall, i'd come back to try the other dishes too or try a different kind of tteokkbokki. The interior is decorated really cutely with lots of rabbit designs & plush true to their store name Toki.
