"Place is very clean, service is quite rapid. Dining room is small but cozy, decor may be slightly subpar in some ways but honestly I don't care because the food is fantastic, easily best spring rolls I've ever had, the pad thai is a winner, and the thai iced tea is just great. Super satisfied with my meal/experience at tissy's and hope to come back..."
