I've been there 5/6 times & had only good to say. Yesterday was different, 7 pizzas ordered at our table & all undercooked. No need to say we were all very disappointed, & we could not send them back the kitchen was closed. I also received a call 6 hours prior to our reservation advising me that since we were more than 6 people & 18% tip was obligatory. It's still a nice place to go.

Ce fut notre première visite au Tiramisu & l'expérience a été impeccable du début à la fin. Santiago nous a accueillies avec beaucoup de gentillesse & nous a expliqué le menu en détail, en nous faisant d'excellentes recommandations.

Nous avons partagé plusieurs plats & avons été très satisfaites de la qualité ainsi que de la générosité des portions. De plus, Santiago a été extrêmement attentif tout au long du repas & nous a offert une expérience client exceptionnelle.
Je vous recommande fortement d'y aller & de demander Santiago pour votre service!!!

J'étais assis au bar, le service proposé par Gaby était juste parfait & que ce soit les cocktails ou la nourriture, les deux étaient excellents ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

subjective tiramisu review (12 CAD):

4/10 cream: too thick, not fluffy.
3/10 bread layer: too soggy. tasted like pudding chômeur from the amount of syrup. when scooping with spoon, a large amount of liquid comes out. it doesn't have a hint of Bailey's/alcohol. the coffee taste is too faint
i like the addition of bitter unsweetened chocolate flakes at the top. they add a nice change of texture
tastes like Costco's but worse

for a restaurant named after it, it didn't hold up. wouldn't take again

Bad service, people here don't care about customers waiting. I said it would be the last time I order due to delays, the guy said he doesn't care. Just go somewhere else.
