De passage à Montréal j'en ai profité pour goûter ce restaurant. Service impeccable & très chaleureux, le cadre est également très joli 👍 je recommande les pizzas qui sont délicieuses, & mention spéciale à Hiba qui est rayonnante 👍

Ordered the mortadella pizza & received a margarita. After telling them, they just put mortadella on the pizza they took back & pretended like that was it. Bill said margarita pizza.

Quality of pizza is mediocre for having a stone oven & for the price. Very low rising pizza dough with obvious low hydration.

They close too early for a Saturday.

The food was good, but the real highlight of our visit was the service. Santiago was absolutely amazing,so kind, attentive, & detail-oriented. He made sure we had everything we needed & was genuinely warm & welcoming the entire time. His professionalism & positive attitude made the experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you, Santiago, for the excellent service!

La nourriture était bonne. En revanche, le restaurant manque de transparence.

Nous nous sommes installés en salle pour profiter de l'offre du jour sur la pizza Margherita & nous l'avons explicitement demandée à la serveuse. À aucun moment elle ne nous a informés que cette offre était réservée aux commandes à emporter passées au comptoir. Résultat : nous avons payé 14 $ de plus pour chaque pizza que le prix affiché à l'entrée.

De plus, la mention indiquant que « l'offre était uniquement valable pour les commandes à emporter » était écrite en caractères minuscules, contrairement au reste de l'affiche, ce qui est trompeur.

En vérifiant notre facture après être sortis, nous avons également constaté une erreur : nous avions commandé deux pizzas Margherita, mais ils nous ont été facturée au prix d'une pizza 4 fromages.

Entre une offre présentée de façon ambiguë, l'absence d'information de la part de la serveuse & une erreur sur la facture, cette expérience laisse un sérieux doute sur les pratiques du restaurant. C'est très décevant. Pour ma part, je n'y retournerai plus.
