via LibroLast night was not our first outing to Tiradito & will certainly not be our last. From the charred Octopus Anticucho & Crispy Shrimp, to the Yucca fries & Vegetarian dumplings with chimichurri, every plate is a work of art, each bite incredibly tasty - & mouth watering. If you've never been, watching the workings of servers - front of house - is like a peek behind the scenes of a great stage play. Sous chefs in front of house plate the finished product from the kitchen backstage, while the bartenders twirl the bottles & pour the juices to create homespun cocktails that marry with all the flavours of the night. Special thanks to Francois for the very fun evening!!! Outstanding from start to finish. Be prepared to rub elbows with your bistro neighbours - it's cozy - but so much fun!
