Tinc Set veut dire j’ai soif en catalan, une phrase qu’on dit souvent ! Il faut dire que le projet était rêvé depuis déjà quelques temps… un concept plus casual, situé non loin du Alma, mais pas forcément dans la ruelle! De Mexico à Barcelone, le poulet rôti nous fascine depuis toujours. Un hommage à nos souvenirs de jeunesse et de voyage, Juan travaille depuis un moment pour perfectionner sa recette. L‘idée est de faire briller les saveurs méditerranéennes en parallèle avec des produits locaux et les vins de nos vignerons. Le Tinc Set est un retour à la simplicité. La famille, le partage, le bonheur.

Great little restaurant. Chicken & octopus were the highlights, octopus is really well cooked & tender. Very good selection of nature wines (not my thing but they still have a good selection :) ). Staff & owners were so nice, we even went with kids & they were really attentive to us. Will go back :)Voir plus

I really hate to write these negative reviews, but what I hate even more is paying good money for relatively bad food. Just an fyi, I have been to many North American restaurants that offer Catalan cuisine, unfortunately this spot just does not do it. Environment is cute, & the staff were friendly but the food was really not there. Maybe consider going here if you want Catalonia natural wine & a small snack but that’s really it. Olives were not good, tostada was mid, the calamari for $23 was a burger with very minimal pieces of calamari on stale hard bun. Extremely disappointing- we ended up spending approx $250 ($70 on wine rest on food) did not stay for dessert. If you have money to burn & throw out would recommend- if you cherish your meals & are specific about good quality & tasteful artistic dishes would highly not recommend. Disappointing. The food is actually pretty good if you're in for the fare they serve. A lot of the guests I came with did not like the food. It's also expensive, so that's why I rate the service so low. We came with a group of 12 & were served family style. When it came time for the bill with a split bottle of wine & two beer I paid $330 for my wife & I. The service was inattentive at best. The decor is shabby & run down as well. I felt like I was robbed. I would try something else before coming back here. Also the wines are straight up bad. You can't hide behind the quality by calling them organic even if they are.Voir plus
