Their signature drink is awesome, so creamy with two sizes of tapioca pearls. The brown sugar taste really comes through, it's delicious. They also have a daily drink which is on sale for 5.50$ which is a good deal & you can collect points by putting in your phone number at the cash register.View more

Easily the best-tasting bobas at a great price. I've tried countless bubble teas from various locations, but Tiger Sugar takes the win without a doubt. Every drink from here, such as Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Chocolate Oreo Milk Tea, or even the strawberry drinks, tastes unique & delicious, unlike other places where common drinks tend to be similar. This place has been amazingly consistent with their quality & outstanding drinks. I have been there numerous times & it never disappoints! The drinks were always tasty & fresh. What I truly love about this place is that all the drinks I have had are nicely distinct & carry their specialty. The store is always spotless & the staff there is nice & caring. I was initially surprised by the lack of an English menu at this Montreal milk tea shop, considering the city's bilingual nature. However, Billy's exceptional service in patiently helping me navigate the French menu & find a drink I liked deserves commendation. Despite the language barrier issue, Billy's assistance turned my potential low rating into a positive experience. The management should consider recognizing & rewarding employees like Billy for their outstanding customer service. Moreover, I suggest they consider printing an English menu to better accommodate their diverse range of customers. This would enhance the overall customer experience & eliminate language barriers for those who may not be fluent in French.View more

I love this shop from start but their recipe has changed compared to one year ago. There's less mochi in their Strawberry Mochi, the texture of the drink has been changed, not as good as before.View more

The earlier photos of the drinks posted here showed a transparent cup, but they did not use a transparent cup in my order. I can only assume they decided to change cups. Anyways, I would have loved to see what's in my drink order if it was clear. Decent price based on its location. Parking is limited on the street especially if there's an event hapenning in the area, & weekends too.View more

The place is very beautiful & very easy to see all the drinks in the menu. You get your order very fast. Very efficient! Might try something else next time. My kids’ orders were pretty good. A little more expensive than others places.View more

I’m not too sure why the ratings are low for this bubble tea shop. The drinks we got were great, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean & had many seating options. The only thing I can see that might be bothersome is the price. You are paying about $10-$15 per drink. I personally don’t mind when the bubble tea taste fresh & has quality ingredients. I would recommend this spot for any bubble tea lover.View more
