I tried matcha mochi for the first time last saturday & really liked it so i went back for a second time on Wednesday evening, unfortunately it was a different staff who made my drink & she forgot to put mochi & mousse on top even tho i told her i want boba & mochi in my drink. it was takeout so i only realized after i left, really liked the drink i got first time but there is room for improvement regarding quality control cuz second time i was so disappointedView more

We tried for the first time tiger sugar last night & we were very disappointed.. the cashier was incredibly rude. My boyfriend ordered a matcha drink & the cashier was so inpatient with him. Instead of explaining that there was 2 topping options mochi or tapioca she was looking at him like he was stupid & kept on repeating the same thing. The drinks were way too sweet but not horrible unlike the customer service received. To be honest there are so many bubble tea options in MTL & I would recommend not to go there.View more

I got the black sugar boba with no cream moose (because of preference). IT WAS AMAZING. Kevin was the barista & cashier behind the counter today & he was on fire serving & making the drinks himself. I'm from Ottawa & drink Tiger Sugar all the time, this was definitely by far the best experience I've had with Tiger Sugar. Thank you. I will be coming back when I'm in Montreal again.View more
Heads down the best bubble tea shop in Montreal. Atmosphere is unmatched & the decor is absolutely beautiful. I wasn't expecting much regarding the service, but was pleasantly surprised! The staff is super welcoming & warm, very friendly, yet attentive & very efficient. The drinks are, quite simply, extraordinary. Their toppings choices are so unique & the flavor is amazing. Almost every drink comes with a lot of toppings already, adding a nice & fun texture to them. I ordered the world famous signature top 1, the strawberry mochi, the black sugar boba with tofu (top 5) & the taro pouding (top 7). I can honestly say that the flavors brought me back to Asia! Using only fresh & top quality ingredients, this shop truly captures the essence of what makes Taiwanese bubble tea world-renowned. Place is spotlessly clean & impeccably maintained. Nice clean shop. You can relax & enjoy your drink because it's not crowded. All of our drinks were very good except for one. The brown sugar milk tea was a lot of milk. You could hardly taste the brown sugar & it was the only one which came in a paper cup which takes away one aspect of the experience.View more
