Reviews often mention

The apple pie ala mode was also excellent. Very relaxed welcoming vibe with good food!
A really nice Irish Bar, friendly to strangers, welcoming, & fun. Thanks for letting me hang out as i was travelling to Montreal.
Took fish & chips & was not impressed with them at all. Dough was soggy & not crunchy. The fish was also extremely oily inside, ruining the taste of the fish. Apart from that a great place to watch a sports game & drink a couple of beers in the evening.
I originally came for a comedy show, but was surprised by how good the food was! The bar food exceeded my expectations. I tried both the sweet potato fries & the regular fries, & they were both excellent, flavorful, & cooked perfectly. The wings were also top tier & definitely worth ordering. The music was great & really added to the overall vibe of the place.
Wow, lost for words. Incredible. When people talk about Irish pubs they rarely mention Temple Bar & McKibbins of Bishop in the same breath - they should. If not for the pints, the blonde bartenders service. In my eyes, you can't go wrong with a Guinness & Bangers & Mash from McKibbins - & I'm Irish. If there's one spot you ought to be it's McKibbins
The fries & fired pickles were good but wings were bit great. Otherwise they have a decent brew selection & the place is lively.
