The shop looks nothing like it did some years ago, when looking at older reviews. Although I love the concept of a boba shop that also sells trinkets, the drop-shipped products seem to dominate the store to a point where it's hard to move around. I wasn't even sure if they sold boba until I was at the counter, where their menu was taped against the left side wall. Overall the experience was good (the dalgona mt was tasty!!) but the low-quality items being sold & the cramped nature of the store leaves something to be desired.View more

I've gone here many times & the bubble tea is great. But recently I went in right when they opened at 12, & the woman at the counter was irritated when I asked for tapioca in my bubble tea... because they had just opened & she just started making it, so it would've have been ready for another 30 minutes. How about the workers go in 30 minutes before opening & make the tapioca in advance so that people can order bubble tea as soon as the bubble tea shop opens? That would be the logical thing to do. I ended up leaving & not ordering, of course.View more

It's a pretty cute & cozy shop. I love their dalgona/honeycomb drink. Honestly would drive from the west island if I craved it. They are always nice & friendly, you could see the love & effort that is put not just into their drinks but also in the shop. You can buy some flowers too for your special someone!View more
