Got a vegetarian thali to share with my girlfriend. Lots of food, definitely worth the price. It's buffet style so quick service but you can't make any adjustments to the food. But food is very tasty as is. Atmosphere is okay. For a quick tasty cheap meal I'd come again.View more

Thali is my go-to for Indian street food. I always get the non-vegetarian thali with butter chicken, palak paneer, & lamb curry-but the vegetarian options are just as good! I also love their garlic naan & samosas, & the staff is always super friendly.View more

If you want food that feels like a hug , this is the place. Gives vibes of old Indian restaurant but the food , feels soothing! Must recommend. Best Indian food in Montreal! I know the place since over 15 years, it's legendary! Amazing tasty food, generous portions, low prices, spicy just perfect, all their dishes are delicious, my favorites are the butter chicken, palak paneer, lamb curry, their naan & rice, gulab jamun, & tandoori chicken! But really, everything is excellent! I love how the taste of dishes is constant & always great, that you can count that it is always good, also not oily. The family is so nice, polite, & makes it a great experience! I like how it's not a service at the table, more like a buffet that they serve you, nothing fancy & friendly ambiance! A must if you visit downtown Montreal! Don't miss it!View more

I've been going to this restaurant since it opened, & it continues to be great. Delicious food for a very reasonable price. I particularly like the palak paneer & the chana samosa. The place itself is serviceable & not fancy, but the food is good enough I often bring friends visiting from out of town here.View more
