Tried ordering some stuff from these guys & maybe I was not great at ordering their menu since they got a gazillion option & they proceeded on making fun of us in their language. Don't come here guys save your respect & go somewhere else

Food is salty & rude staff. They don't say excuses especially when you're eating & they are cleaning & they just go pass the map on where you are eating & spray the cleaning solution near your food.

My partner has an allergy to shellfish. She ordered vegetarian. Need I say more? It was an online order & I have the receipt. You'll hear back from me.

This was the worst experience as a customer with family . The cashier's attitude was disrespectful especially when asking questions about the menu. The younger guy with glasses & tattoos was also relunctant when it came to something as simple asking for items or questions. This place fell hard & the staff/management don't even try anymore. It's simply became a spot for food delivery pickups. Another odd thing was how the'white' customers were treated with 10/10 service & the rest of us get poorly treated & given 0/10 service. I used to always come here a while ago, & I guess with the new staff & vibe, well it's just not worth it anymore.

Forget about customer service at this place. Just forget about the place entirely.

La cuisine normal rien de fou par contre le service catastrophique caissières a un air mauvais comme si je la dérange & en plus il est impossible de commander se qu'on veut je demande une extra sauce qu'il me charge sur le côté & non dans l'assiette car le temps d'arriver chez moi le plat serait sec c'est quelque chose qu'ils sont incapable de faire

Ate here during the winter months. Surprisingly the restaurant was cold, no heat. I kept my coat on while eating. The chicken in my soup was tough & un edible. Very disappointed.

This was honestly the best Pad See Ew I've had at any Thai Express location. The noodles were perfectly cooked; not soggy at all. The vegetables were cooked just right & still had a nice crunch. There was no extra sauce left at the bottom, which made it even better. Overall, it was very nice.
